Had to return it. Too wide and heel too high compared to Ghost 15.

Lite and sturdy. Makes me run farther and faster every time!!

Not a runner, purchased these after enjoying my previous Brooks Glycerins. The Ghost 16 is super comfortable and looks amazing. Very simple, I wear these to walk around Disneyland Resort all day and night. My feet and legs always feel strong and invigorated during and afterwards. Really enjoying my Brooks purchase. Fast shipping too!

Great shoe for long road runs. Sturdy and will buy again.

The Ghost 16 runs a little wide, which is good because my feet are a little wide. The cushion is good. The heel is almost .5 inches which gets some getting used too. Its a good shoe.

Feels great on my feet. When walking or running.

The Brooks ghost is my go to shoe. Great construction. I own several pairs for around the house and out doors. Every day all day I have a pair of Brooks on my feet. Cool Colors great style. Bye bye ASICS

Three stars because it "looked nice", but the width was wider than previous versions worn. Never worn outside and returned with no problem. Maybe they'll "fix" the issue in the 17's.

I have been wearing Brooks for most of my college running career. Usually they are very well fitting and give great support when running mileage. However, these shoes did not work for me. Within a couple days of running in them, I developed severe heel pain that for 3 weeks. Until ordering the original ghost 14s were possible. Once I stopped using the 16s, the pain has since mostly subsided. These were not the usual ghost I'd expect. If you are doing any sort of mileage, I would not suggest the ghost 16. At this point, I am using these shoes as a glorified walking shoe.

Best ghost version in a while!

This is my 7th straight pair of Ghost shoes and after two days of wearing my feet hurt so much I could barely walk. Not sure what changed but I was incredibly disappointed as every other pair has been fantastic.

Former collegiate runner here. Absolutely love these shoes. Really comfy/responsive, and I've been wearing them in regular runs and faster workouts. Zero pain in my knees when I'm in these.

They are an excellent shoe. I have been buying them since 2008. The only issue I have found is the color selection is limited.

Shoes are good. But the balance is solid. For that price I expect a prefect running shoes.

Like other reviews, the tongue material is too tight, and for me caused 1-3/10 pain. I was trying to deal with the pain while braking them in, but anything more than 2-3 hours was irritating. The wide shoe seemed to narrow compared to the 15s. The ghost 15s are roomy and painfree.

Love them, but had to buy a men's shoe because they didn't have any simple/normal colors in female. Please stop making all the female shoes pink/baby blue etc!

I started with brooks a few years ago with the anthem and then the ghost 13. Since the. Ive tried a few brands with no luck (foot pain) then this shoe came out and was recommended to me by big peach running co. Instant comfort! I recently started running again and I typically run 2-3 miles 5 days a week or so. This shoe fits my foot perfectly in a 10.5 2E. I will definitely get another pair, my only gripe is that they show wear quickly. That seems to be a common trend with premium daily trainers. That being said Ill still get another pair because they are so comfortable and fit well. Ive tried hokas and they dont even compare.

Like many reading these reviews I've been using Brooks for a very long time. Theu are my favorite brand, but the Ghost 16's are a step back in fit and quality. They are very soft, which is nice, but my ankle rubs on side of every pair I've tried (I currently own the white/tan version), and the shoe upper has already started to fold and collapse and rubs the top of my feet pretty extensively, making runs uncomfortable. Along with the upper, the tread itself also seems to be wearing out after very limited use. Super frustrating. Compared to the new Ghost Max 2 and Glycerin 21, the Ghost 16 is unfortunately not up to par.

I purchased these shoes based on Brooks reputation for quality . I was looking for a comfortable shoe that I used for walking and playing golf. These shoes didnt disappoint. They have so much support that I did not need to use my custom orthotics. They are much lighter than my traditional golf shoes and fit well with plenty of room in the toe box . I am 64 and weigh 230 lbs. I ordered a size 15 M and it fit perfectly. Only issue is that they are white and hard to keep clean.

Im a convert!! Way better than Pegasus.
