Comfortable and a bit roomy. I like them but my old 14s still more to my liking. Im tough to fit , size 14 in dress shoe and a 14 1/2 would be perfect in a running shoenon existent. Size 15 Brooks well in 15, 14, and Max , 16 needs a bigger sock. For me.

Brooks shoes are always very comfortable, as long as you don't mind being stabbed in the Achilles thousands of times during a run. The top back comes up to a point, leaving a killer blister on my Achilles, forcing me to wear higher socks, which even with that the area still gets sore. It doesn't matter how thick the foam is back there, it needs to arch down or be lower.

I have been running in ghosts since 2018, usually 2-3 pair per year. They have always been perfect for my feet, but the ghost 16 give me blisters on the side of my foot where I've never had them before. It is not a break in issue, I've been using for multiple months and the issue persists. I tried the next size up and they are eat too big. Probably going to have to try something different, maybe the glycerin. Very disappointing

My last pair of Ghosts were wonderful. These I will give four stars. These are tighter and a bit too snug. Same size (10) so figured these would fit the same as my previous pair. Laces are too short and could be one inch longer.

The overall fir was stiffer and I did not like the larger vent holes as they were more visible and made the shoe look , for lack of a better word, cheap. The arch is different as well. I supinate and with my Ghost 15 and a special insert there was no issues. With these Ghost 16's and the same insert, there was definitely less ankle and heal support.
Personally I prefer the Ghost 15 and since they are no longer available, I may have to look else where other than the website.

I would like see the some gray and white ones like the ones in the ghost 15 for women.
The ghost 16 looks like a huge boat on my feet. Not a fan of the looks

Still like the shoe, but it seems that the toe box has become narrower.

I have 14 wide feet. Even the "wide" size toe box was too narrow and tight. Brooks is just not cut for me. But the handled the return very well... completely and quickly.

Ive been running in Ghosts for around 15 years. Size 11 at regular width on repeat 2x a year. This model does not work for me at all. Blisters in places Ive never had before and my running store said people are having to size down. Returned the first pair after 20 miles and tried the new smaller size down. Even worse blisters. Ran the Chicago marathon in the size down and my feet are more messed up than ever. I hate to have to switch brands after this but dont know what to do. Tried 10-11 in different widths, nothing works! Ghost 14 are still my favorite

Sometimes it takes me a little while to get used to a new pair of shoes. My first steps in the Brooks Ghost 16s felt awesome. I just ran and ran

...by getting rid of the Dyad and offering no suitable replacement. This certainly is not it. I have been wearing Brooks for nearly 30 years. I have tried to be a brand loyalist and finding something comparable, but each Brooks offering has caused severe foot, hip, and back pain as my body tries to adapt to these shoes that are completely different from the Dyad. I'm forever finished with Brooks. For those who need a Dyad replacement, I recommend the Saucony Echelon.

I have bought and used 6 ghosts over the years and this is the first model I feel is defective and have asked to return. There is no reinforcement around the shoe lace eyelets as in previous models and one have the eyelets has torn as I was lacing them up one day to walk. I can tell other eyelets are starting to tear as well. Not good. I have asked for a return and am still waiting to hear back.

I still love these shoes however I think the 15's were slightly better. It took a little longer to break these in. It does seem like the toe box is narrower than the Ghost 15's. Overall it's still a great shoe

The ghost 13,14,15 were comfortable right out of the box. These not so much. Ive only put about 30 miles on them but they are not near as comfortable as the 15. Too early to tell about how they wear. On a good note They finally changed the shoe string. The 14s and 15s had terrible shoe string.

Even better than the 15's! Light and more of a difference from 15's than the 15's were from the 14's.

The Brooks Ghost 16 has quickly won me over. The cushioning feels just rightsoft enough to keep my feet comfortable on long runs, yet responsive enough to keep me moving smoothly. Theyre lightweight, with a fit that feels like it was made for my feet, and the grip holds up even on wet roads. Its rare to find shoes that hit all the marks, but these have definitely become my go-tos.

Did not fit well. Sizing is way off. Also annoyed that there are only 3 size 2e wide sneakers in grey and black only the many other colors never come in 2 e wide.

The Ghost 16 is the perfect combination of cushion & stability for me. My knees & arches are well protected with these shoes & yet they are flexible & breathable to keep my feet cool & comfortable. There is plenty of space in the toe area & snug support in the arch & heal areas. These 16s replaced Ghost 15s & I got them about two weeks before a half marathon. Straight out of the box, they were ready to go & I was able to shave 8 minutes off my previous best time with no unusual soreness in my feet & legs. Needless to say, I love them. Thank you.

Ive had Brooks Ghost for over a decade; their stability and support helped my knees pain and Ive been running them since. Also a nurse on my feet all day. These shoes provide the right amount of stability and cushion so I can get home without my feet hurting. I purchased the wides; they fit perfect and true to size.

Im a Podiatrist and have been in brooks for years. My Ghosts are very comfortable but a bit too squishy. Absolutely usable, though. My choice to try Ghost, but perhaps I was hoping for a bit more stability in midsole. Again, I chose wrong.
Brooks still a top quality shoe!
