Very comfortable. The brooks company makes a very good comfortable shoe. The ghost 16 is no different

After wearing the 15s I was about to give up on Brooks, decided to give them one more chance and bought the 16s. Pleasantly surprised, the 16s are a major improvement over the 15s the fit, the cushion, and they finally got the laces right!!

The bottom of the shoe was similar to previous ghost. The mesh and laces are awful. They are a lot tighter so it impinges on the top of the foot. Brooks should go back to previous models instead of continuing to head downhill

Unfortunately these shoes turned out to be too narrow and actually hurt my feet. It is also unfortunate that I am unable to return or exchange because Im beyond the timeframe to do so, therefore I just might be stuck with them.

The fit is a little too snug on my left foot right around my big toe. Seems to be a little too narrow there.

Nice shoe, all around ,looks , and very comfortable. Very stylish,,, I don't run anymore but walk a lot. They do a good job on comfort walking.

They are comfortable to run in, the perfect amount of cushion for my CC training.

I am disappointed in this version. After 45 miles, the foam feels dead and not responsive. It was not that responsive in the beginning......I have had many pairs of Ghosts trainers going back to version 4. I do not like the DNA loft v3. Lighter softer, less responsive foam in my opinion, is not making running shoes better.

Love the Ghost series. I have been training and racing in them for years. I also have a pair I wear to work. Great shoe.

Lighter weight and springier sole are nice improvement. The upper shoe material seems siffer than my other Brooks. Initially, the width in the front upper of the shoe seemed a half size smaller than my other Brooks in the same size. The upper material opens up with use.

Very comfortable shoe. Fits great! I normally buy the glycerin sneaker but decided to make a change because of the color selections. So far, so good.

I usually wear the brooks glycerins or hoka Cliftons because I love high cushion/plush feeling when running. However, these had a great amount of cushion with more stability/support that the glycerins and hokas tend to lack. Making for a comfortable run that doesnt leave my feet or lower legs sore after. I did have to play around with the way I laced my shoes, specifically at the top near my ankle and ended up not lacing them all the way up. Felt like there was not enough room for my ankle at the cuff, so I laced it lower so more of the tongue was exposed and this made it significantly more comfortable. When laced all the way up I was getting cuts on my heels from the cuff/top line digging in. Otherwise a very comfortable shoe, just might have to play around with the laces.

This is my first pair of Brooks, it wont be my last. These are the most comfortable running shoes, I have ever owned. Youve got a Brooks customer for life.

First, I'm not a 'runner', I'm just a senior citizen looking for comfortable shoes!!!! So, I have a pair of Ghost 15, That I LOVE!! When the '16' came out I fell in love the color selection, I had to have a pair!! So, I LOVE the color. When I first put them on I was a little disappointed, They felt tight, I checked the size on the sneaker, it was correct. So I loosened the laces all the way down, that made them feel better, but now the laces are short. I thought maybe they just needed breaking in? That hasn't turned out to be the case. I have fallen arches, the arch support is really good!! The soles make walking more comfortable!! So, other than that really snug feeling, I really like these!!

Overall, the shoe is as expected, but the shoelaces are too short.

Feels much wider than previous Ghost

These are my 2nd pair. Ample cushioning. Only problem I have with them is the soles have so much cushion they won't fit between the foot board and the shifter on my motorcycle. Looks like I'm getting a heal - toe shifter cuz I ain't givin' up my Brooks.

Love the reinforced toe. Very stable and light. Great styling too!

Good cushioning. Extra wide toe box helps with bunion on right foot.

At my job, I average nine hours a day on my feet The cushioning and support keeps me fresh all day. The toe box is just right for me except for the crease that formed over my big toe while wearing them for the fourth time. The plastic form piece creased and cuts into my toe every time I push off.
