A beautiful shoe but the sizing was off. Too short and too narrow.

i liked the shoe--just a little bit short. I had a mashed toe! So--I kept the shoes in hopes that they wouldn't hurt once my toe got better--but theyre just too short!! Crazy.

Cute shoe. But, my extra wide feet with their high instep did not fit well nor look good in this type of shoe. Fit was uncomfortable. But, style was cute for office or every day use. Sadly, I have to return them.

Wore them right out of the box.

Great looking suade Ginger color flat MJ style shoe. Even a 81/2 W, wasn't wide enough for my bunion feet. :( Maybe a WW would have worked but wasn't avaiable.

LOVE THESE! They arrived with the buckle broken, so I had to return, concerned that long term if I replace, the buckle might break again, since the bar of the buckle was hollow and did not look to be strong. Too Bad! Cute shoe for knocking around!!

Heel was loose. Not a lot of padding. Nice soft leather.

I could not get my foot into shoe, disappointing looks to be a well made shoe I was sent a narrow when I needed a wide in this shoe plus a least a full size larger

Unable to use my custom orthotics in these shoes. I have lost count of the number of Munro shoes I have purchased and enjoyed through the years, but the last few pair have not been the quality and fit that I expect. The sizing has changed to the point I will just have to stop buying this brand.

Too wide.

It was small. I have a few Munros that last forever. This one just wasn’t. The quality, the size, the width were just off. It was very uncomfortable and this was just trying to walk around my home.

I am as disappointed as a customer can be. Getting sizes right should not be too much to ask—especially since there is LIMITED inventory for larger sizes. My size is 12.5, so a size 13 should be a little large for me—and why I appreciate the buckle in a Mary Jane style. These shoes, size 13, were tight everywhere—and closer to a size 12. Sigh. I bought two shoes with my last order and they BOTH ran smaller. How can I trust Zappos moving forward??

These are cute Mary Janes, but the buckle is painful. The point where it is attached dug into the side of my foot and I couldn't wait to take it off. Also, the sizing is off. In Munro I often wear size 9 1/2. This 10N was much too short.

The size was at least a half size too big. Maybe more. This was the size I always wear.
