Tongue is silly. I get that it is supposed to keep dirt and stuff out but it is impossible to hold onto and adjust. The shoe I feel runs a bit small. Don't think it is worth the bucks. Also would be nice if it had toe guards that actually guarded the toes like some of the other styles. Especially the big and middle toes areas. Disappointed.

I purchased this shoe for trail hiking and Zumba class. They are lighter than my hiking shoes and my regular walking shoes, I like the stability they give to my balance when exercising and hiking. The wider toe base is very comfortable. They fit snug around the ankle keeping dirt out, but also makes it harder to just slip into them. I use a shoe horn to get into them easier. They dry quickly, so great for water crossings or rain. I haven't tried them with water proof socks, but I'm curious how they would fit with them. The soles give better traction than my hiking shoes.

They run a little smaller than Cliftons so I had to size up half a shoe size. Overall they're good for trail walking or trail running since the lugs on the soles are deep enough for better traction and stability.

I use these at the gym and to go shopping. They are very comfortable and hug my feet like a glove.

Rugged dirt and rock trails are perfect for these shoes. Shoe stays snug on the foot and very tough

I took a short hike recently on a fairly rough trail - gravel, boulders, tree roots, various slopes from flat to fairly steep, etc. I honestly have never had a pair of hiking boots with a tread that held the trail better than these. No slipping on gravel, great grip bot up and downhill. The only complaint I have about them is that the tongue needs to be a bit longer. It barely sticks out from under the laces and is hard to get a grip on to give that last little tug when lacing them up.

Talk about walking a cloud

Not as bulky as some Hoka's may be and they fit nice, comfortable and helps with back pain when exercising.

I got these shoes to walk around town on very uneven surfaces and they are great for stability. They are also very cute and although stiffer than the regular Hokas they do not require breaking in and I do not wear them with socks.

Great support! Comfortable! No pain or discomfort from plantar fasciitis.! Yay! Finally! Also, I live with Parkinson's disease and am enjoying the extra support and comfort of this shoe for better balance. At first , I struggled with the more rigid tongue and textured laces provided. It was very hard for me to put the shoes on, the first two days, but I quickly got used to it. Keep in mind, I have a neurological condition and the use of my hands and body is limited. I am 100% supported in these shoes! I am so glad you lived up to what I was looking for: trail hiking shoe that I can wear with my regular exercise program: walking, biking, and boxing. And the very best part is no more plantar fasciitis!!! That is huge for me! Thanks so much!
