Shoes were size 5. I needed size 7. Also you sent me only sweatpants not the sweatshirt.

I've purchased other Hoka shoes in the past and loved them, but the Arahi's are terrible. Don't feel supportive and cause my toes to go numb, but that's honestly not my biggest problem. I wore these exclusively for walking a few times a week for a couple months, and they developed holes in the heel. Not small holes either, large gaping holes that the plastic/foam of the shoe pokes through. Really disappointed by the quality.

The shoes are very stiff and narrow. I loved the old ones, and these would have been my third pair.

I am BEGGING Hoka to go back to their roots and bring back the old Arahi. Arahi 6, rose gold- Incredible. This shoe literally changed my life. I have back pain and foot/ankle issues and these shoes alleviated ALL OF IT. They made me a Hoka believer. Arahi. 6, hot pink- Umm so I wanted these life changing shoes in a different color but they fit differently. When I measured them, turns out they are more narrow than the rose gold pair! And they are the exact same size, same shoe. Arahi 7, black- I had to purchase these in wide because the Arahi 7's are significantly more narrow than the 6. But they're still not as comfortable as my original pair, rose gold Arahi 6. THE TOE BOX IS SHAMEFUL. Even in the wide sizing. I will say they look more sleek but that's not the point! I'm not buying Hoka's to look cool. I'm buying Hoka's for comfort and functionality. Hoka I am absolutely BEGGING you to return to the wider toe box for Arahi 8. Please.

The toes box is small. I'll be returning these. Hopefully the Havana is better.

Unfortunately these were not for me, I thought that this style would be great and I am a pronater but alas no. They are firm and cut my heel ankle area, returning them in favor of Clifton's which are soft and comfortable and work with my heel spur.

I bought these in June. I have tried to wear them several times but they are just too narrow. Now it is too late to exchange them. I am really disappointed about this. They are brand new.

Arahi is not a comfortable shoe. It's like wearing a piece of plywood in the shoe.

I have 6 pairs of the old Arahi. Loved these shoes. Wear them daily. It is the only shoe that at the end of my day my feet, knees, hip, doesn't hurt. I have flat feet and these shoes helped me tremendously. I ordered the new Arahi 7 to replace a worn out pair and I HATE THEM!! Everything about them is different. I am so disappointed. Why change a good thing. DON'T buy these. You will remember me. They are going back. Now I am on the hunt for a shoe to replace my once loved Arahi. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BRING THE OLD ONES BACK!!

I wear a Clifton 9 wide which fits perfect, bt Arahi 9 wide is a full whole size too small

I hate to leave bad reviews and was hoping that the other negative reviews wouldn't apply but these shoes hurt my feet a lot. I love my old arahi 6s but I agree these feel totally different. Very stiff at first, which of course can be broken it, but it feels like there is no support when you walk in these. I felt better in my Reebok cross trainers and after 5 minutes incline walking my arches ached like crazy! Hoping Hoka can go back to original design for the 8s, I was super disappointed and am hoping the return will be accepted because I'm just going to wear my Reeboks here on out. Do not take the risk of hoping they will be good and buying! I would try a different design if you want to stay with Hokas.

I usually am on my feet at work for about 11 hours so I heard good things about these but they pinched the front sides of my feet. I do not have wide feet in fact the heel of my foot usually slips out of shoes. The rocker on the shoe was nice but overall a horrible experience to try.

I had heard so much about Hoka shoes, but when they arrived I was disappointed. They were very hard, and the quality did not seem to be that good. I returned them and went back to my allbirds.

i got these for work. i stand 8 hrs all day. they are specific for flat, pronated feet. they are useless. my feet hurt within an hr. they are def not worth a penny. instead i am going back to the asics kayano. much better for standing all day and not as bulky and awkward as the hoka.

I've been wearing Arahi for yyyyeeearrrrsss and was really looking forward to getting a new pair, but when I tried them on, they squeezed my toes togetherway too narrow. I used to recommend Arahi to everyone who asked about my shoes, but now I don't think I can anymore. These shoes are just too tight. If they're changing the fit, they shouldn't have kept the same "Arahi" name. I'm disappointed.

I have been running in the Hoka Arahi shoes for the past 4.5 years. The 7s are completely different and very uncomfortable. Not only are they more narrow but the material feels off and plastic/stiff and digs into the sides of my feet. The tongue of the shoe is different now too which seemed to rub more. I always run in 7.5B regular width and tried that shoe on and it was way too tight and narrow. That led me to buy these shoes online 7.5 D wide width. These ended up being way too off. While the toe box was wider, the shoes were also longer and dug into the midpoint of my foot. The material was wrinkling on itself as well. I'm really hoping Hoka revisits these changes based on multiple bad reviews and goes back to the old design.

This shoe is not like the picture. Pink on the back heel and blue on the toe. Not all the same color. I have another pair in white that is true to its picture.

Honestly the latest line of Hokas feel like they are cutting corners as often as they can. They feel poorly and cheaply made

I should have read the reviews. But didn't..and the shoe itself is made out of something hard. like a tough plastic like material. Toe box very tight and completely uncomfortable. I can't imagine wearing them,like some other reviews said they did and suffered. Epic fail.
