They did feel super flat and stiff on the soles the second I slid my feet in them but actually running in them actually felt good. Just did a 6 mile-ish run in Central Park, felt pretty comparable to the 6s I recently just got rid of. I do enjoy the amount of structure and flexibility it gives and my ankles tend to get achy on non stability shoes and these felt good. They did feel a little narrow though although I got them in wide. I also sized up by half a size based on the other reviews so I can only imagine it may have felt tighter had I not gone up on the size. I think it's worth a try if you enjoyed the previous Arahi's and see for yourself.

I ordered size 8b but the sneakers are too tight

These do not have near the comfort I had expected. I purchased these for walking and cardio . Maybe I mad a poor choice I in the style and in what I needed these for

I recently ordered Arahi 6's when they went on sale, I have been wearing Arahi's since version 3, and know my size. The 7's are smaller/narrower than any before. The 9 was just too tight. I will be returning, unfortunately. I think I'll go into a store to try on some other sizes to see what works so I'm not dealing with shipping and returns, but I was bummed that the design seemed to have changed in that regard.

I am eagerly awaiting a 2025 redesign closer to the Arahi 6

Had to return as they have changed the shoe and it is was not at all like my Arahi's from a year ago - it now is a very hard shoe. Not sure why they made the changes but they were not for the better on the Arahi 7 for me. Try before you buy if you are a fan of the older model.

NA37145978 The customer service needs to be revamp ASAP. The lack of commitment to the customer is unbelievable. To charges my credit card super quick but one a problem arrives ZERO seriously interaction with the customer. All we need was a size up change and not even that was possible. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! SUSPICIOUS BUSINESS WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

I have been wearing Arahis for years now. I think Ive purchased at least 9 pairs over the past few years and I've loved them. I have flat feet and it was the first and only shoe I ever found that worked for me. I purchased a pair of 7s when my 6s were nearing the end of their life. It's a completely different shoe. It's not really comfortable anymore. I tried wearing them for a few weeks to break them in and they never improved. They're stiff. I've seen other ls say they're too narrow. I have a narrow foot and I only agree with that a little. Bottom line: they just aren't comfortable. Feels like I'm starting over in the search for the perfect shoe. I will not be buying these again. I searched the internet far and wide for a new pair of 6s and couldn't find any in my size.

Reading through the reveiws and I see that most share the same issues. With all the negative reviews on the new Arahi 7, I hope Hoka will listen to the customers and take this shoe back to the drawing board and make a few adjustments . Instead of making us wait another year. Thank you

I have waited for months in anticipation of the Arahi 7. I had several Arahi 6's and loved them. But I am so disappointed. The shoe is overly firm and stiff. And a much narrow toe box. Please bring back the Arahi 6. I will have to return these. They are just not comfortable and comfort is the reason I pay for the Hoka brand. I hope to save others the hassel. I guess the Gaviota will have to be my go to shoe becuase the Arahi 7 will not be and there is limited availability out there one line for the 6's

I actually purchased the Gaviota (not Arahi). It fits well and feels great!
