I've had three pairs of cliftons in size 11, so I bought these in size 11 as well and it rubs quite a bit on my big and little toes. Might get better as it breaks in, but I definitely wish I went a little bigger. I don't really understand why even running shoes prioritize an "aesthetically pleasing" pointy toe shape that looks nothing like anyone's actual foot. Altra seems to be the only company doing anything different. It would be nice if hoka could adapt a wider toe box. Other than that though everything seems great so far. They look great, feel lighter than Cliftons, I was able to run 10 miles with some tempo right off the bat, and they performed great. The rubber on the bottom is slippery on wet asphalt, so perhaps that could also be improved, but overall pretty good.

Just an awesome shoe that you can run long in, use as an every day trainer, use for speed work and use for racing. One complaint? The toe box needs to be just a bit wider in a men's D. The wide size is just too sloppy for me. I sell Hokas in a running shop, and this a complaint mentioned by many would-be buyers.

Shoes are super comfortable and support lots of walking. I did however find that one of the inside soles appears to be shredded somewhat after only wearing 5 days.

It is a Hoka, well built. But it is a big departure from the previous Mach models… the sole has a very different feel and there was a LOT of “rocking” added to it. After a 5 mile run my feet are begging to get out of them… but maybe I would need some time getting used to the new gait. They also feel faster… In my case I do not need that. I used to run on Cliftons and moved to the Mach… I also just got the newest Clifton… great shoe… I am going back to the Cliftons.

As a previous owner of the Mach 4, I feel as though the Mach 6 fits a little more narrow than its predecessor. I love the lightweight aspect of the Mach series & it has the perfect bounce for light runners (I usually run 3-6 miles, nothing too crazy), but I'd recommend either going up a half-size or trying a wide. Still a great shoe though.

Absolutely love the feel of this shoe, but the 2E width fits like a D width. Moving away from the Mach now to something for my daily short-med length runs. Disappointed as everything else about the shoe is wonderful.

I like the feel of these shoes. I love that they are so lightweight. My one complaint is that the shoes I have are too wide. I had to order men's size 11.5 because you did not carry size 13 narrow in women's. I know lots of women who wear large-size shoes like mine. Making a longer, narrow shoe for women would be great! I'm waiting for that!

The shoes feels really great on foot. It's designed really well. One of the first running shoes I've owned (I own A LOT of running shoes) that I didn't have to use runner's loop. Fits like a glove. I really like it when I sped up, but to me it felt cumbersome at slow paces. Could have been tired legs. Great shoe over all.

First, I will say this shoe continues the trajectory of being an excellent daily trainer that will let you pick up the pace. It will suffice as a race day shoe for people who don’t want or need a plated racer or the whiz-bang tech of a $250-300 shoe. I find this is great at pretty much everything, including intervals. It’s less about the supercritical foam for me, and more about the rocker. I find the rocker shape perfect for assisting me through my gait cycle. My only complaint is that, like all Hokas, this is not gonna be optimal if you have a super-narrow or low-volume foot. I have a low volume foot, and I do okay, but wish w could get this rocker midsole in the shape of a Puma, Nike or Adidas upper. Still, I highly recommend this shoe. For the price, you could get away with it being the only shoe in your rotation.

Shoes are comfortable and look great. I have been trying to break them in, for everyday walking they have felt very good. For running not the best experience yet. It is my first-time using haka as I usually use brooks or Nike. They have felt a bit stiff on 3 runs that I have done, 5 miles each, a bit of pain on the soul of my feet. Could just be my foot but I have been recommended to these after shoe fittings in road runners. Conclusion, look and feel great for everyday use, not the bets for running. But this is just my experience

I was hoping for so much more out of these. They had good arch support but the toe box was just to tight even with the men’s wide.

Way too narrow. I even ordered a wide size, and it was like a normal width in many other shoes. I am returning to get a better fitting shoe

The toe box is very narrow, which makes it difficult to fit, even if the laces are loose. The Mach 6 is for people with narrow feet.
I'd also recommend:
Hoka Clifton 9 or Clifton 10 is a better fit for me.

Lightweight but less sole cushioning than I'm accustomed to with past Hoka sneakers. Still, a comfortable shoe and reasonably priced.

Shoe feels responsive but a little thing not much room in the toebox. Going up a size has huge drawback on weight specially on speedy shoes.

The support on this model is very thin. Very thin soles. Not what I hav experienced with other Hoka shoes. I will be returning the unused pair when I get back from travel. I am currently wearing a Hoka Strnsion 7 and it is a great shoe. Excellent fit, design and support. It cost more, but works much better!

I originally bought a pair of Bondi and they are the most comfortable shoes ever. The Mach 6 are horrible in comparison. I've worn them a few times hoping to break them in but mt feet still hurt in them. Will have to save up for another pair of Bondi.

This shoe looks great and the left one fits great but the right is smaller and tighter. I have many pairs of Hoka and its starting to seem that the price is going up and quality is going down. No it is not my foot. This is my size. Its the shoe.

I loved the Mach 4s for daily runs and light speed work, so I thought the Mach 6 would be great too. Unfortunately the redesign did not work for me. The toe box is significantly narrower compared to the Mach 4. Still cushy and responsive with a decent rocker but the cramped toe box cause me to shelve them with less than 100 miles of wear.
