These felt quite small compared to my Arahi 7’s, which I really like. I tried to wear them but they hurt my feet. Too bad since they’re nice looking shoes.

Nice shoes, but compared to my Bondis, feels rather narrow up front. And wouldn't buy again.

I have had 5 pairs of Machs. First 3 8.5, my last pair of mach 6 were way too small so I figured the new ones just ran small. So, i ordered a 9 for my 2nd pair of Mach 6 and they are huge. I stuck with the Machs so i could just order every 4 months, defeats the purpose if i have to find a store and try on every time.

These shoes are light and springy. Great support. Slightly narrower than I would like, but still comfortable.

Thank you for making wide options! I appreciate the extra room and the neutral color options so that I can run in them and also wear them to work as a teacher! I also appreciate the softness without the extremely tall shoes! So happy!

Love the shoe. Love the fit and the comfort. Just bummed that it wore out and started to fall apart in less than 4 months.

These shoes are decent but not the cushioning I was hoping for. I have been having bad heel pain with my left foot, and so far these have not done much to relieve the pain. I expected better results, especially considering the price of these shoes.

Comfortable, but I believe it is overpriced. The quality was no better than shoes marked $60.00 less.
I'd also recommend:
Adidas, Asic, Brooks

Previously I had Brooks brand shoes for the gym and ran in Speed Goats for Spartan races. However; when I ran on the elliptical, my toes would go numb after about 30 min. After changing to the Mach 6 this no longer occurs.

Hoka, in general, tend to work well for those with medium to high arches. People tend to love or hate Hoka (not much in the middle) so you should go to a store and try them on before purchasing to see if they work for you. When selecting a running shoe, you can go with more cushion, which is easier on the joints or you can go with a firmer shoe, which will "bounce" off the ground and make it easier to run faster and farther since you don't "sink" into the shoe cushion each step (imagine running in sand). In the Hoka world, the Bondi 9 is the highly cushioned shoe and the Mach X2 (which has a carbon plate) is the firmer shoe. The Mach 6 (which does not have a carbon plate) sits between the two and gives you some cushion while also being reactive to the ground. Overall, it's a great shoe. I set a PR in a race last weekend and my ankles and knees felt great.

These are great to walk and run in. Adding the rubber layer on the bottom has slowed down the wear that happens to the foam for the most part, however at the heel of the shoe inbetween the rubber layers both shoes have worn in a cupped manner. Now, when I walk on smooth surfaces, I get a suction cup effect (and noise) for every step.

I have alway bought Nike shoes but after an Achilles injury last year I wanted to try something different. I read that these were good for Achilles tendinitis and plantar fasciitis so I wanted to give them a shot. While I still have felt some pain, I think that is a me problem. These shoes are so darn soft and responsive and I wish I got some before my injury. I've never walked in something this cushioned. I ordered a half size up.

Came back from Morocco. Did a lot of walking and Hiking. Never in my life have I felt so light and comfortable. Thank you, Hoka (Mach 6), for saving my knee from crumbling. From a 70-year-old man.

I dance a lot. Shoes very comfortable for both dance and walk. Once you try HOKA, you would never go to other brand. I got the color I wanted. So happy with my purchase. One of my favorite shoes ever!

This shoe is narrow. Seems the right shoe is more narrow than the left. This feel is more spongythan I like. I like a responsive to the ground connection feel. What has happened with Hoka. I can't seem to find anything close to the torrent 2. Why change a good thing? Make a wider toe box with high instep responsive feel. This cloud feeling is unbalanced.
