I had a pair of the Mach 5, and while comfortable upon step-in, they were not supportive enough for my finicky feet, nor did they have much cushion under the forefoot. These feel so much better! They fit my narrow heels without any heel slip. As a forefoot striker, these feel good under my forefoot. I wear an 8 1/2 in most running shoes, but I've always had to size down to an 8 in Hokas (including Mach 5). I bought an 8 1/2 in these and am glad I did. I have an average-width, low volume forefoot, and these fit just right. I would suggest ordering the wide-width if your feet are at all wide. These are going to be my daily trainers (speed, tempo, and even easy runs). I suspect they will be good for long runs, too, but I'm out of shape.

Love the ride, the comfort, the look. Fits perfectly and would get them over and over again, hopefully HOKA only makes changes of them for the better! Although not sure what else they can do, they're perfect as is!

I am a surgical tech for L&D so I am on my feet for 12 hour shifts 3-4 days a week. By far the most comfortable shoe I had and I've tried them all.

The guy at my local shoe store suggested these, and told me to size up at least a 1/2 size. I did, and they are phenomenal. Best running shoe I have ever owned. I usually prefer very plush shoes, but these feel very comfortable under foot. Very lightweight. It's making marathon training this season very fun! I already bought a second back up pair.

I wear them every night to work 7 nights a week Hoka is the only shoe I wear to work in. I also wear them the other 7 days I don't work nights I work days I wear them during that time as well b. I love them. Will not buy another shoe to work in 10 to 12 hours a day

This excellent shoe for all diatances, typically lasting between 100-250 miles of wear. Personally, I find myself going through 2 pairs each month, a testament to how often I rely on them for my daily activities.

I love the shoe for walking, jogging and running.

I use this one for work at the Hospital standing up for 12 hours on hard tile floors and it's cushy and wonderful and never have any foot pain. I don't think about standing on my feet. My feet are happy. so I don't have to think or worry about them They're the best.

Initially these shoes felt a little more snug than I'm used to but it does not inherit my running. My daily trainer is heavier than the Mach 6 so these feel very lightweight! When running they feel very responsive and snappy. I saw some online reviews stating stability might be an issue but I've had not issues with stability. Loving these shoes for speed workouts and pushing the pace on my longer runs.

I've worn Brooks and Asics for years, but their shoes are not as comfortable as they used to be, and fit differently. I finally tried on the Hoka Mach 6 - holy smokes, the most comfortable running shoe I've ever worn. I originally ordered the gray, and they are so comfortable that I ordered a second pair in bright blue.

It's really difficult to pick which shoes I like the most, but these are up there. I have Cliftons, Bondis, and now Machs and these are so light and springy. I love them. They come with a second pair of laces to accent the color more which was awesome.

That's how much I love the feel of these shoes no guidance no control, just me and MY style of running.

The last Mach I had were the 3's and liked them so giving the 6's a try and I like them equally well. Not sure if my feet spread or what but my regular size (11.5) felt a little short and had to size up a half size (12) and all's good.

I love these 9's! They fit great and l've been wearing them for two days straight! All day comfort and satisfaction. I get compliments and questions about them everywhere I go. Tell people invest the best in your foot wear so your feet can cart you where you want to go!

These shoes just wrap around the foot and hug them like a cloud. The new colors (rain shower or something) are absolutely beautiful as well. They are both functional AND nice to look at. The Machs are my go-to shoe. This is my third pair.

Amazing. I have zero complaints. As a person who used to run for fun and for a school team, I used to run all the time. It was always a liberating and peaceful experience. But a sports knee injury (and self neglect e.g. not going to PT) kept me off of running for at least 10 years. I had attempted countless times to get back to it (with precautions and an understanding I'd never have the same knees again), but I never found the right shoes or routine (or will). Then recently after PT and 6 months of cycling, I thought my knee feels amazing what if we try again. And so for the first time in 10 years I have my whole shot and it felt amazing! I knew I had to pair it with a great pair of shoes. I have some runner friends still and they all recommended Hoka in one way or another. And so I did some research and got a pair of Mach 6. Amazing. Game changer. I feel like stars aligned and I'm doing 6 miles on any given day. The shoes make me feel like I'm flying! Light weight. Great color (oatmilk was my choice). And on sale (on the Hoka website). I'm thankful for this product and how it fit into my recovery/passion/runner-again journey. Thanks y'all!! (Although, I am a size 9 normally -adult male, 5'5"- I got the 9.5 ones because the 9s felt a little too tight- no biggie tho but FYI).

I'm generally not a runner, or enjoy it, but it was time for me to switch up my routine and up the fitness game. After noticing pain in my feet and joints, due to my runs, I decided to take a chance and purchase new runner shoes. Boy, am I thankful that these shoes were on the ranking list I found. Not only has my runs been more consistent, those aches and pains are gone, and all of my run stats have increased (speed, endurance, distance). This is one of the best purchases I have made, and I will go back to the Hoka well the next time I need to purchase new running shoes.

Overall, I love the shoe. The tongue; however, tends to slip down inside the shoe. My other Hokas don't do this. I wear the shoe when hiking, walking, or working out at the gym. Very comfortable. Overall, very pleased.

Really like the shoe. I originally ordered an 11. I've worn an 11 for over 10 years in almost every shoe. For whatever reason this one I need an 11 1/2. I returned them with the UPS slip that they sent me. I had a new pair by the end of that week love the shoe, and love the service even more.

I cut nearly a full minute off my norm10K run time on both the first and second runs in these new shoes. They are really fast and stable and are now my go-to shoes! Awesome!

I use them to walk and I'm starting to run, the cushion and support are the Best...Thank you for such a great product.

Everyday for me I love this shoe best I have ever run in Im old and slow this makes me smile and move with ease. Great response springy and fun I would use on race day and every day. My go to shoe,I have the endorphin speed 4 also But for me this this shoe is better but the speed 4 is great also. Thanks hoka I love this for a 64 year old wanna be I can do 9 minute miles in this shoe with a smile
