I love the color and the fit. They did not help with my particular foot problem and I missed the return window. Nice shoe.

I ordered per the size recommendation of the Hoka app, but I was worried they'd be too small. They arrived very quickly and they felt too tight. I then ordered the next size up (my normal shoe size) and they were comfy but SO obviously bigger. Hoka sizing was correct. So, I sent back the bigger Clifton L. I've worn the recommended size everyday to get used to the snug fit. They have relaxed slightly and I think they'll be perfect as they soften. Well structured and good looking. I'd love to get a suede pair.

Can't comment on wearing them out as we're covered in snow!
Hence 4 stars.
But the fit well and comfy around house.. no breaking in required. Love the colours

The fit and wear of this shoe is true based on other Hoka and non-Hoka items i have worn before. The ether / mirage color is a mystery though as the shoes appear to change color depending on the lighting source that they are under. If nothing else, it is a conversation starter!

Shoes are good, but they took a long time to be delivered! They sat at one station for days
Bought 1/2 size up and everything worked out fine.

The toe box in these is not as wide as other Cliftons, apparently because it's a neutral gender shoe. If your foot is medium to wide, get the wide size. it felt like it was bending my big toes outwards. Switching to a Wide Graviola, or whatever the G ones are called.

The shoe is a little smaller than my other hokas and the color was more pink than expected but very comfortable and still love the colors

I am a salesman and out in the summertime I need something breathable and durable as well. On top of both those features I was also looking for a semi-professional look. These shoes hold all qualities. The only problem is the heel padding. It's almost too comfort focused and after a couple days of consistent wear they've already worn and developed noticeable creases. Overall though, they're a great shoe and I'd definitely recommend them to friends and family.

these shoes are defective - after a few walks the heel support gave way so the whole left shoe "rolls" to the outside and rear with no support. very disappointed

These shoes are comfortable, look great, and feel like I'm walking on a cloud. Unfortunately they do not provide arch support for my plantar fasciitis. I have the Bondi 9, Transport, and Clifton 9s and they all are my running shoes, work, and everyday shoes and have been nothing short of phenomenal! The shoes look great, they are stylish and I personally love leather shoes. With some inserts they will be amazing but unfortunately thats an added costs I did not expect and Hokas are already priced higher than other shoes so its unfortunate. I'll stick to the regular Cliftons moving forward. Buyer who needs arch support, beware. However, if you plan to buy inserts anyways then they are fine!

Too small - suspect if they sold this in half sizes, one half size larger would work but they don't, so they will be returned

Apparently, all of Hokas she is do not run the same. I have two other pairs and these were smaller! I’m not happy about having to return them. It’s a hassle!

I’m extremely disappointed because I like the shoe, but I have other Hoka in the same size and they fit really well… Obviously these run a little small. I will have to return them, which does not make me happy. Why wouldn’t all of their shoes run the same?

I have very sensitive heels and these shoes are great for that, very bouncey with great cushion. I just wish the shoes were wider around the toes. If you have narrow to normal feet this would be a great fit though!

I love the appearance of this shoe, but do not like the fit. I have six pairs of Hokas and this is the only pair that has this tight narrow fit. By the way, this should be a "D" width fit. I returned this shoe & bought a Bondi 9 in an "EE" width; apparently the width sizing has changed at Hoka.
