The sneakers are just ok. I like that it's a slimmer fit than the Bondi, but missing the cushion.

I recently purchased and had to return. They are not like my previous Kawana shoes. The toe area seems a bit too large for me. They give me the right support I need during my HIIT/LIIT classes but felt too big. Also, the shoelaces are shorter than the previous laces and unfortunately, my shoes kept getting untied. Normally I double lace but didn't think I would have to double lace these shoes. Overall, I love Hoka shoes but am disappointed with these new Kawanas.

I love my HOKAs. I have been wearing these shoes to teach middle school physical education. These shoes are light weight and supportive. Being on my feet all day can be tiring but hen I have my Kawanas on it takes the pressure off of my lower back. I love the style and shoe laces of these shoes. I do feel like they get flatter in the heel than the Cliftons.

I ordered my usual 6, but this pair is huge like a man's size. Although it looks big, it was rubbing my left pinky toe. The right arch is also too high. I really like it because of the color, but not comfortable to wear. So i will return

I was excited to order my first pair and took a risk ordering a new drop. I tried it out a few times but yesterday it rained and I was very uncomfortable in the show. It didn't provide traction so I felt like my foot slipped a few times. Then I walked into an establishment and my shoe squeaked so loudly each step it was very embarrassing. I am going to return and give a tried and true product a try instead.

I have an original pair of Kawana in black. I use them for weightlifting and riding my exercise bike. I love them and they provided great cushion. They are old and I wanted to replace with the same shoe, same color, and same size. The Kawana 2 does not feel the same. The cushion/fit is not as comfortable. The style with the gum toe is not attractive on my foot. From above they have very wide white sides and then the gum rubber toe. The shoe laces are also cotton like and striped. They remind me of old style sneakers from the 70’s. Thankfully Zappos has a good return policy.

I bought my wife a pair of Hoka and they simply were the wrong shoe for her, hurt her back and calves. We bought online. We then went to a store and tried on numerous pairs before finding the right one. Being we live so far from a store we thought buying online would be OK but simply not the case.

I have worn size 8 for 30 years; Hoka's size 8 was a size too big. I had to pay postage to return. The photos did not show the backside of the sneaker which had an odd, fang-like sole. I would not have purchased this if it had been depicted in the photos.

I have owned Kawana's and for some reason this past purchase seem not as comfortable? It's the soles that feel like they are not as soft? I'm not getting the day long lasting comfort? Sorry for the low rating but I am being honest and may not purchase again because of that.

The Hokas (kawana 2) are gorgeous shoes, with a modern design and a perfect height. The problem is, after wearing them, I get a sharp pain in the sole of my foot. Sometimes, I even feel pain while wearing them. It's a shame, because I really love how they look. And the worst part is, this only happens with these shoes; with the rest of my shoes from other brands, I don't have this problem.

The soles are really hard and the arch support feels minimal. It did not feel like I was walking on a cushioned sole, however overall they were OK. Will need to use a more supportive insole insert.

I like the look of these, but I wore them to work (in a hospital) for the first time tonight & my feet are aching!!! Not go comfortable at all. Pretty disappointed because I loved the last pair of Hokas I bought.

No support no cushion. I honestly do not understand what the hype is about this brand because I have never had sore feet after a day of work until I wore these shoes
So of course I can’t return them cuz I was sure I was going to have no problems because of how widely advertised they are and how expensive they are and I wore them for a couple days giving them a full potential to be broken in … I literally have had to go out and buy a pair of shoes for a half the price that are so much more comfortable
I can’t believe these are going to go in the back of my closet for all that money

What type of unpleasantly surprised at how terrible these were on my feet. I've come to love Hokas because they are so cushiony, however these fit very narrow and there was absolutely no cushion not to mention no art support at all. I got them for my aerobics but obviously they're going back. Extremely disappointed in this hoka shoe.

I really wanted to like this shoe. I noticed right away that the toe box looked narrower than the previous Hoka Rincons I owned. Not significantly but I could tell when I put them on they were a bit narrower. I like/need a wide toe box. Something about the design of the laces that was off and a bit tight across the top of my foot...even after they were loosened a bit. My sock bunched up in the arch of my foot as soon as slipped my foot in. And the heel sat low so it felt like my heel dropped down a bit in the back...hard to describe but it wasn't a comfortable feeling. For ppl with a slim foot these are probably ok. But if you need a wider toe box these aren't the ones.

i've heard such great things about Hokas so i was super disappointed by the fit of these. On my left foot it feels like the centre of my arch is on the seem and it digs in under my foot while i run, meanwhile i cant seem to get the tightness right around the ankle with it either feeling too loose or cutting off circulation.

Fit true to size, nice design. However compared to the original Kawana there was zero padding for my foot. I couldn’t wear them for 2 hours without my feet being in pain. As someone who loves the original design, I’m very disappointed.

I've got six pairs of Hoka-all size 9. The Kawana 2 material is just so odd that the front toe bed area is loose on top. I regret not wearing them around the house first. Now I can't return them
