So comfortable right out of the box.

Shoe was outstanding, however, style was the problem.

The show was too tight on my instep, otherwise I loved them. Even ordered the wide for the toe area. I have a high arch so the top of my foot felt squeezed.

The shoe looks good. Wide is still not wide enough for my inserts.

The toe box was a little too narrow for me.

These are pretty darn cute, if you're into a little gold shine (that's why I gave them a 5 for style). But, I could hardly get my feet in them, despite being the right size. Could just be me. I wanted to like them, but had to return –- I think if you have a narrower foot, they might be just right.

These are cute sneakers, despite being a little too blingy gold for me. But way too small. My normal size (9W) was so tight I could barely get my foot in. I could have ordered a size (or half size) up, but wasn't sure that would solve the problem. Had to return, but still giving four stars because they are nice shoes and should work for someone with a narrower foot.

The description indicted this shoe was leather but I don't think that's the case. I work retail and got these because I'm on my feet all day and am always running back to the stock room. After my feet/shoes heat up, the material around the ankle starts to squeak which is very embarrassing. It feels really cheap to me. But they are attractive and comfortable. Just with it was all leather.

Definitely not the most comfortable Cole Haans I've owned. I had the Grand Pro tennis and wore them to death and they were immediatly comfortable. One thing I can so, these are very sturdy. Some of my past Cole Haans got wrinkled quickly...I don't thats gonna be the case with these. I initially ordered my regular fit but exchanged for the wide because I'm having some mild bunion issues and because these are so sturdy, they could get uncomfortable. As far as the look goes, it's perfect, stylish and very flattering.

The inside sole of the shoe was uncomfortable.

I wanted a light colored sneaker (not white) and I loved these except for a big problem--the shoe laces were not long enough by the time I adjusted them.

I ordered this in the Gold color, and usual size 8. Also got Wide width for the first time ever due to multiple reviews that mention it felt narrow. Shoe felt great, not tight and was very cushion-y even though there was no arch support. Felt like I could walk a long time in them. Unfortunately, after several wears, the gold started rubbing off in several areas. Customer support was great and let me return it since it appeared to be a manufacturing defect. Super sad it didn't work out since the color is very beautiful and shoe was very comfortable.

I loved the look of these but they were not comfortable at all. The wide width is not very wide at all. Unfortunately, I had to send them back.

I ordered a size 9C which is wide. I could not even get my foot into the sneaker, too narrow and the height of the toe box is unusually low. But I love how they look.

Super cute, but no arch support and even the wide width was narrow. On top of that, they are squeaky. Returning, sadly.

Not worth the $. Shoe has no arch support. Looks too much like a men's shoe.

I’m a huge fan of this brand and have several other sneakers. THIS PARTICULAR STYLE DID NOT WORK FOR ME. THE SHOE WAS VERY NARROW AROUND THE INSTEP BUT LOOKED VERY WIDE ON THE FOOT AND UNFORTUNATELY TERRIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE.

I wanted to love these because the style is cute but sadly they are uncomfortable. There is no arch support and the top of the shoe cuts into your feet when you take a step.

I have narrow, low volume feet (meaning scrawny in all ways except length) and usually I love a shoe that other people describe too narrow. These really are not good shoes. There is a seam across the heal that would cause a blister in a second, they are so stiff, and they are really crowded in the toe box. Cute in the box for me.

This shoe looks better than it feels. Compared with the Ecco sneaker that I chose to keep, it felt cheaper.

These smelled like wet basement. I can’t get the smell out and it’s been months. They run narrow.
