I can't believe that they make a $160 dollar shoe that you can't take the insole out of. I tried to fit orthotics in, but couldn't get it to work since I couldn't remove the inadequate insole that comes with the sneaker.

Comfortable out of the box! Definitely runs short, but seems a bit wide.

I love that the toe box gives me plenty of room without having to purchase a men’s shoe. I’m very happy with the way these shoes perform on the court.

I love the shoes but darn! They defenitely run small! I've never needed a 9.5 before but I do in these!

Great shoe! Light weight. True to fit

I play pickleball 5 - 7 days a week. Being flat footed, makes it difficult to find shoes with a big enough toe box. However the shoes have been perfect straight out of the box. The ladies style has plenty of room in the toe box and the cushion for my old tired feed\t is unbelievable!

I loved these shoes at first. They felt super comfortable and well cushioned. Unfortunately, after playing in them a few times, my right achilles started to hurt. The shoes have little tabs in back that are higher than most tennis shoes. They are stiff and were irritating the back of my ankles. Never had this problem before.

These shoes are so stiff and so bad to play tennis in on a hard court. Zero heel cushion or support. They should be marketed as lifestyle shoes only and not intended for usage of playing tennis at all.

good quality shoe

I wasted some money when I started playing pickleball, I thought any brand will do, but NOT, I returned several pairs, Keds, ASICS, I couldn’t return a pair of Adidas and Nikes, even some Diadem because all these companies are or making these shoes for spaghetti feet, small in size length and width, any cushion, support, super hard materials, not breathable, honestly, hard to wear and play for hours, I ended up with toes needle pain, outer side feet pain and blisters until a friends in pickleball told me about alternative brands like Cyphers/ good, Diadems/ past my test but I wear 1/2 size up, and of course On/ super good, I don’t give them 5 starts maybe 4 1/2 a bit more cushion and they’ll be perfect to me, so far pretty good their Roger line of court shoes, my favorite now!!!!!!!!

Perfect fit! Exactly what you would expect from On cloud shoes

I usually wear an 8.5 in athletic shoes, including other OnCloud shoes. I originally ordered an 8.5, but had to return it for a size 9. I wore them for the first time yesterday and they were super light and comfortable during my tennis match. I did need to wear higher socks to prevent blisters on the back of my heel, but that should get better the longer I wear them.

Great shoes and extremely comfortable. They perform great on the court. I have enjoyed them. However, at this price point, I felt like the insole broke down sooner than it should. I play pickleball 5-7 days a week and I generally only get 6 months wear from any brand of shoe. I was hoping if I paid a little more, I might get better longevity. But on a positive note, I rated them a 5 because of their comfort for my old, flat feet.

The back of the shoe cuts into my achilles and makes it very uncomfortable. I would have kept the shoes had the back been lower.

These felt very clunky and wide. I felt like I would trip on the giant heels--- plus they seemed heavy. I returned.

Had high hopes for these but was very disappointed in the lack of cushioning. Good support but not comfortable enough.

It looks like a man’s shoe and there is not enough support in the sole of the shoe to protect the feet during a match.

Too clunky & cheap looking

Fit was way too small and gave me bloody blisters on the back of my feet. I wish I could return but unfortunately didn’t realize how bad they were until I already wore them.

I thought they fit right until I wore them on the court. They are too big and my foot was sliding inside the shoe while I was playing
