The piece on the tongue that secures the laces is very weak/cheaply made. The first time I tightened the laces that put the least bit of stress on that piece, it tore in half. Somewhat expensive, but I like the carbon fiber insert in the footbed/sole. Otherwise great shoe.

The insole is cheap and very thin. The shoes were actually hurting my heels & arches, so I removed the cheap insoles and replaced with an insole from a previous purchase and they feel much better. HOKA, please use better quality. We are spending $200+ for a pair of shoes, the insoles should be just as nice.

I like the shoes after walking about 100hours total from work I believe they are great support. Excellent gait alignment. The only issues I have are a blister I developed on the bottow of my foot beneath the big toe. Also after getting these, the quality of the shoe as the paint is already wearing out it's; been two weeks. I will try some running shoes next from HOKA as their is good reviews.

I love the color and fit, but I'm still trying to assess the feel of the raised toe kick. Comfort and reliability is unmatched.

I need a shoe with the carbon plate for both working out and general walking about. This shoe is perfect as my all day shoe (maybe it's fine for workouts, too, but I don't use them for that purpose). It's all black, so it fits better with 'normal all day clothing' than the bright running shoe options. It's more comfortable than my Bondi X's for all day wear as well. Love this shoe.

I would probably try a 13 if purchased again, I prefer the shoe to fit a little firmer on the foot.

I purchased a size 6.5 woman's and they fit big. Going to exchange for a size 6

Shoe is very comfortable and design is fire. However, my feet are wide and this current shoe is narrow in the middle so my feet looks like it's "spilling over" its side.

These shoes were so cushy right out of the box and worked very well for doing mundane tasks while on my feet all day. They look sharp with casual outfits too, and became my go-to walking shoes. Unfortunately, the shoes did not last even a year under ideal circumstances. The shoes were worn about 3x/week (not in rainy/muddy/tough conditions) for 2-6 hours at a time. A hole developed on the right foot 9 months in, and at 10 months the cushion wore out in both the left and right heels.

My feet need the heel to toe drop and the rigid sole of the carbon fiber plate, or I suffer debilitating toe/foot pain. I have to wear these shoes, I wish there were more color options. I also wish the top material was more like normal shoes because these develop holes so quickly. It's a bad look in my opinion for the company. Makes it look like they want my money sooner, despite these shoes costing more than twice the amount of my normal shoes.

Was a little disappointed that there wasn't more description of the sheer top and thin tongue. It was a surprise upon delivery. They will not be a great colder weather shoe. And not easy to slip into.

I generally wear a size 9, but I found this particular model to be slightly bigger for my feet. I also noticed that it has less padding on the upper side of the shoe, which may be contributing to the fit issue. I believe this model runs about half a size larger for me.

Shoe looks nice but it's not my most comfortable pair from Hoka. The material is almost like a plastic which doesn't give a lot of cushion during my runs or orange theory classes. The material kind of rubs against my skin. The shoe also runs a bit larger than my other Hokas so I have to wear a thicker sock.

This could be the best shoe except the sole is extremely thin and wears out faster than any shoe I have ever owned. I have Hallux Ridgidus and this shoe does help that. Just wish it lasted longer and wasn't so crazy expensive. On my second pair.

I have been looking for shoes to wear while I walk that doesn't trigger my plantar fasciitis. I think the cushion provided in the sole would work and it's overall comfy, but unfortunately this shoe has a very, very shallow tread. I walk an average of 5miles on sidewalk and rough terrain regularly, and I can't imagine this tread holding up well. Those city sidewalks that have gotten a little slimy would have me wipe out without good tread on the bottom of the shoe. Sadly, these are going back. Also note to fun sock folks: the black/white version showed my dr. Motion sock pattern faintly through the shoe top/tongue.

Very comfortable, great support. I got the black, and the first day scratched the toe (not sure how, not a noticeable bump), and it left white marks. The color is very thin, so if you get black, carry a magic marker at all times.

I'm a longtime Hoka customer. Bondis and Speedgoats making up almost all of my purchases. It's about time Hoka followed the lead of On Cloud and Salomon when it comes to styling and color choice. Historically, Hoka has stubbornly held to terrible graphics and even worse color combinations. This shoe caught my attention. It's so attractive- so current. Loved the color selection. Loved the fit with the wide toe box. Not convinced of the need for the carbon plate or for such a drastic early stage meta-rocker under the toe. This shoe is marketed as an everyday run, walking and lifestyle shoe. Carbon plate and early stage rocker are two thing you don't want, or need, in an everyday shoe. The insole is so thin and cheap it's laughable, it could be removed and you'd never notice it was gone. Unfortunately, after one wear the mesh of the midfoot has separated from the rubber sole on the instep. Thankful for the Hoka guarantee. I will try another pair to see if this was just a one-off. Please, please, please continue making shoes with similar styling and color blocking, but with better materials.

I'm always for trying something new and it's a gamble but I threw 7s this time. The Transport is a very male looking shoe and it also runs large. It still offers support and push for the stepping. I wouldn't order it again because other Hokas have more cushion.

I loved the looks but once in my feet it looked so huge and it felt big too as my foot would slip off and there was a lot of space between my toes and the shoe had to return

Loved them but both shoes had the toe wrap delaminating after two trips. Tried regluing but nothing worked. Threw them away.

Great looking shoe, the sizing was correct but the item was returned as they did not provide the support that my Gavotas and Bondi do. My "bad" foot needs cushioning.

After wearing these for almost two weeks, they still have yet to break in and are still 'stiff'. Walking and running my daily 5+ miles on my treadmill is causing my feet and shins some new pain. I was wearing a different pair of Hokas prior and had never had an issue and was replacing them because I wore out the sole, so my body is very conditioned to my routine workout. I suspect it is the carbon plate and hoping these break in at some point, but so far I would not recommend these shoes. Built great as always, so that's why it's a three star just not great for me, probably not great for most.

The curved up front portion of the shoe was way too angled for me. I was planning to use this shoe for working out at the gym, walks, low key pickleball, and general every day casual wear. The bottom of the sole in front of shoe is sloped way more than any other shoes (including Hokas) that I’ve owned. There may be a use case for a shoe shaped like that, but whatever it is, it’s not something that I am doing. Other than that, I actually love the fit of the shoe.
