Great shoe. Guess what? Zappos shipped me used shoes. Came in a plain box, not a New Balance box. Sole of shoe had debris imbedded indicating used shoes. Very bad for Zappos to sell used shoes as new. Check you shoes and manufacturer’s box as they are selling used shoes as new!

I have very narrow feet (AAA) and long (13). I have tried some of the medium width shoes at my local shop, but they always make squeeky noises and they're just not comfortable. These shoes fit my narrow feet much better. They're light and comfortable.

Uncomfortable

Easily the best fitting and most comfortable running shoes I've ever purchased. Great midsole and stability. Superior to Nike and Adidas. And I love the color combination. They look like a performance shoe. Not "dad shoes".

Very comfortable shoes! I have custom orthotics to prevent foot pain, and I don't have to use them in these shoes. This is actually my second pair, to be held in reserve until the current pair wears out, so I don't have to worry about trying out a bunch of other shoes if this model is discontinued by then.

So far the recipient is enjoying these New Balance Fresh Foam X 880v14s. Nice color combination--the yellow/green is less neon than it appeared online, which is great!

Very comfortable shoe. Only problem is a pronounced toe box that rubbed on my right big toe. Other than that, I really liked the shoe.

Very comfortable. Purchased these due to standing at desk most of the day. Shoes provide a comfortable amount of cushion. Leaving me with energy for an end of day run.

I got these to replace my husband’s x880v13-his perfect shoe. They are the same but with improved heel structure. Great!

I bought these for my husband. He wears an extra wide and loves them. They are comfortable and great for walking. He walks five miles a day. New Balance gym shoes benefit his feet. He is a Happy Walker!

The tread is already coming apart. Not a ton of wear so it was just not a good sole. I am a long time New Balance customer so this makes me sad.

Purchased 2 pairs of New Balance Fresh Foam 880V14 following an Achilles tear and surgery. These shoes are super comfortable and supportive and have allowed me to regain confidence as I work through rehab of the injury.

Great fit. Extremely comfortable, light and well cushioned. Delightful. Bought them thinking I’d likely be sending them back given the price, but wanted to see what they were like. Surprise. Well worth the price!

Great shoe -- the problem is that the person I bought them for is having foot problems and they would not fit.

These shoes are comfortable, fit great and well made. Everything you expect from NewBalance. Granted, they are last year’s model, but who cares. Unless you’re a hard core runner out to win races, these are good enough. I’m a casual runner who runs for exercise and recreation. These are all I need. Grab a pair before they’re all gone.

Decent structure to sole. Probably more stability than a typical neutral running shoe which I think is a good thing. Very breathable top mesh. Overall quite comfortable and lightweight.

Bought these coming off surgery for Achilles and another tendon in my ankle. They have provided excellent support and a good foundation as I transition from wearing a boot back into normal footwear! I'm actually here tonight to purchase another pair to be sure I can wear 24/7. Thank you! (Note that I originally bought the D width, which was not wide enough due to the surgery. The return/cross-ship process to get the 4E width instead was second to none.)
