I have wide feet but other new balance shoes of this size have fit me. These were too narrow and felt like there was very little arch support

These shoes started out great, but after 5 months of wear for light walking and daily use, the foam on the outside edge of both shoes is totally collapsed and the shoes are no longer wearable.

Why did I spend $140 on a pair of shoes made in China? The blue color hooked me now I have the blues. The shoes are too narrow for 4E. Nike used to be my go to shoe, the past 5 years Nike has been the stay away from shoe. I could have bought shoes that fit me for half the price I paid for these. I made a poor choice....

Too spongy of a heel, with little to no side to side support. Feels like a platform shoe.

Horrible shoes. Way too soft and no real support. They hurt my feet when I tried running in them. They are so bad that I bought 4 pairs of the previous V13 to have when a pair get worn out. These are just terrible shoes.

Sneakers are attractive looking, but very hard on feet as if there is very little cushioning. Also to large. A size 16 should not be 1 1/2 " longer than a size 15.

This particular shoe was recommended by the podiatrist and even going up a size was too small . It runs narrow and has a narrow toe box.

I am so very disappointed in New Balance. These shoes are stiff and the fabrication is hard on the skin. I kept feeling paid and unable to flex my foot when walking and finally slipped my hand in under the interior end of the tongue of the shoe ... ridiculous amount of rough material used throughout the shoe was trimmed right there creating abnormal friction and pressure. I cannot recommend these shoes to anybody. Once upon a time I could order walking shoes and actually try them out and still return/refund if they didn't work for me ... that's only common sense ... no longer available and I'm now out a good chunk of money. No more NB for me!

Felt to narrow and shorter than a nine…I always use New Balance1540 9 4E

Felt much too narrow for 4E

I need AA width. The site said it was B narrow. B is not narrow but I held out hope that it was narrow anyway. I was wrong.

I purchased the 4e and it felt like a 2e. It also felt like I was constantly trying to stabilize my feet when walking.
