Sturdy shoe, recommend. 4/5 stars. Significant wear on soles after 3 months of daily use, averaging 15 miles/day.

Overall great quality and materials. But the fit doesnt seem to work for everyone. These run smaller than usual so I ordered a size up per recommendation from customer support. Now they are too loose. Agility Peak 5 is the way to go if youre having fit issues with these Moab Speed 2 GoreTex. However Agility Peak 5 is limited on color choice in GoreTex version.

Plenty of arch support & heel cushioning and its water proof. Fit is also spot on. I am very pleased.

I purchased these shoes in August 2023 but didn't get them out of the box until recently and found the size 9 did not fit. This is my normal size across the board and with other Merrell I have purchased. As I am to use these for hiking in the woods, I have found them uncomfortable and by the end of the hike, my feet are sore. I'm sad I didn't try these on earlier, my lost. If I get another Moab shoe, I will definitely purchase a 9.5, which will do the trick.

I own several different Moab models. This one is medium width but fits wider than the last two size 10 medium pairs. I'm wearing them but they are not as comfortable or consistent a fit as I have come to expect from Merrell.

Comfort: These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever had. I have problems finding comfort with large wide feet - size 12 4E high arch. Not only was the wide fit comfortable but they are cushy for a soft ride. Water Proof: Shoes were surprisingly water proof as I walk in deep wet grass and puddles every day. My feet stayed dry. Until they didnt after three months, one day my feet got wet. Wear: After three months wear walking 3 to 4 miles a day the sole had started to separate from the upper in a small area at the ball of my foot. Customer Care: I contacted customer care via email and furnished the requested pictures and documentation. I paid $139 for the shoes on sale. They sent me a coupon for $170 (current price) to replace the shoes. Of course coupon is only good for Merrell shoes but I am not complaining. I will order the same shoe. I do think $170 is high. I do not expect a different outcome with the new ones.

Very comfortable shoe although it's a narrow shoe. It's also extremely warm as the goretex does not breathe. A wider foot bed and a few vents and this would be close to the perfect shoe
