I bought for playing disc golf, needed something that stood up to abuse and I could walk miles in.

Great for long shifts at work. The extra support on the heel really helps when you are on your feet all day.

Great shoe for traveling. Suitable for all kinds of terrain. From cobblestone streets to local hikes to long days of city walks, this shoe was a great all around shoe.

I am in my 60's and bought the AP5's primarily for jogging. The expected firm support and "push off" paid off and make jogging suprisingly easy and a pleasure. I literally could not feel safe jogging with my old regular sneakers which did not provide balance or "push off." The one thing that took some getting used to was that the springiness of the sneaker originates in the center of the sole. The yellow/red AP5's look fantastic as well.

Bought for style, love for RUN! I was looking for a cool looking versatile sneaker I could wear in life, but first day took a 6 mile walk/run and it is now my favorite activity shoe. Style and color are so fun and cushion is comfortable and supportive - I recommend for all "walks" of life!

Very comfortable. I can walk anywhere in them and my feet and legs feel great! I appreciate the rigidity in the front of the shoe, as I have a " nonunion" that hurts when I flex my toes .

I own an older pair of this exact same shoe, and this new pair is nowhere near the same quality as my older pair. Cheap materials, including shoestrings and little padding and support. I have often bought Merrell because of the quality of the shoes, but they have lost their emphasis on quality. Were they bought out by another company? What a disappointment.

I love these shoes so far! Comfortable and great for trail runs!

These just arrived and as soon as I slipped them on I knew they were going to be great. There is good arch support and heel cushioning. I think the footbed is helping to prevent pronation. They have a Vibram Megagrip sole so I feel confident wearing them. Got them on sale (a plus) and I love the color. I purchased the silver/pomelo color choice in a size 11. Theres plenty of room for a thicker sock. Walking around with size 11 feet, you seek out shoes that are flattering and dont look huge. These are both. Overall these Agility Peak 5 shoes are sure to be a favorite going forward.

The shoes look great and the cushion is excellent but my foot comes out of the Right shoe when I walk. This is uncomfortable and what I can do to avoid that is tie the shoe real tight which eventually makes my foot hurt.

I wanted to love these, they are the most comfortable shoes Ive ever had, but after only five wears theyre coming apart everywhere :(

I received my shoes right before camping and taking two hikes in the Ruby Mountains outside of Elko, Nevada. I was so very pleased to have them on these technical hikes! We walked over boulders, across streams, through shallow mud, and then over mostly packed snow; my Agility Peak 5s got a thorough test and passed with flying colors! I never once slipped or lost my footing, didnt need my regular shoe inserts, and my feet were comfortable every step of the way. I also appreciated the rubber edge that took the scrapes (but doesnt show it) instead of the fabric on the side of the shoes, thats durability built in. My husbands running shoes didnt fare so well and were very ragged afterward. I normally wear a size 8, but bought these in an 8.5 so that I can wear heavier socks in cold weather and for when my feet swell.

Just returned from a 2 week national park tour vacation. We hiked a total of 86 miles in 11 different parks. These shoes are by far the best hiking/walking shoe I have ever owned. Our longest hike was 12 miles. I am prone to blisters and sore feetI had neither! I even hiked thru a creek at glacier national park and walked a few miles in them afterwards and they never bothered my feet. If you need a shoe with more an ankle support these will not be for you, but if you are looking for all day comfort, they are! We did moderate hikes, nothing real crazy. The tread works great when hiking on rocky surfaces. I bought the size (9.5) I typically wear and they worked perfectly. They were also easy to clean up when I returned.

Just received them today and they were comfortable the minute I put them on! Lightweight and very "springy." I got the white/multi and just love the colors. I wear a size 7 and these are a little snug but they'll stretch a bit -- going up 1/2 size would have been too big for me. However, depending on what socks you wear you may have to go up a 1/2 size or more. The only thing I don't like is that the inner "tongue" isn't loose on the sides -- it's affixed inside the shoe at each corner of the tongue. So, for someone like me with high instep I had to really loosen the laces and wiggle to get in. But I figured it out and made it work.

Bought these for my mothers trip to Peru and they were perfect. She alternated between these and a more typical pair of hiking boots. She had no issues and they provided ample support (she struggles with toe mobility). Additionally, they were her go-tos for long walking days. Great gift.

Fantastic comfort and perfect fit for all day. I have always bought merrell and tried a different brand, glad to have merrells on my feet again. They did well for my hiking trip up north and are light weight enough to wear all day every day.
