Very comfortable and stylish; it matches whatever clothes I am wearing for outdoor activities and I don't have to worry if it is a sunny or rainy day.

I bought this shoe and it arrived over the weekend. Originally, I wanted something waterproof as I purchased the goretex since I will be wearing these commuting to work in the winter, and definitely needed a shoe with overall great cushioning as I am having foot pain. The shoes were amazing, I wore them all day over the weekend with no pain on the ball of my foot. So far I've worn them to commute to work twice, since I have a fairly long distance to travel by foot after the train to work, and they have been so comfortable. I haven't had a chance to try them in wet weather yet, but am looking forward to it. Got my regular sizing in Merrell, and even with a thicker sock, it's perfect.

Just ran a rainy, muddy 50k in the PNW in these shoesfeet felt dry for first 25 miles and so glad I had these shoes to slop thru the mud! Seemed pretty true to size, usually wear 7 1/2 or 8 and 8 worked out for me.

Good shoes for wet weather . I used them to walk thru deep puddles on the trail from all the rain we have been getting. The insides stayed dry.

Solid, well made shoe. Tried on at least a dozen pairs before finding these!! Nice mid sole and heal cushion and arch support for running, walking, standing.

Like the shoe, grip is great but my feet seemed to be much warmer than other shoes I had. Still love the Antora 2, maybe I'll check the 3 out

These shoes feel extremely secure on my feet, and were immediately comfortable! I have been road walking in them, they have excellent traction, I can't wait to do a little hiking in them soon. I would say that the back of the shoe seems a little low, on the lower part of my Achilles. Perhaps that is intentional, it has not been a problem, just feels a little odd at first.

I like shoes that you try on and are immediately comfortable. These were not. I bought them on line without trying them on, so I decided to keep them and try them. The first time I wore them to play disc golf. My right foot hurt so bad, I changed shoes for the second round. I kept wearing them for casual rounds and they were ok. Well yesterday did two rounds of 18 holes in a tournament and realized my foot didn't hurt at all. So I guess they just needed to be broken in a little. The tread in the bottom is great for hiking up hills.

Average comfort. Would not buy again. After 4-5 hours my knees start to hurt.

I personally do not find these very comfortable. I generally wear flatter shoes. I bought these for an upcoming trip where I will be trekking a portion of the Santiago de Compostela and wanted to make sure I had good footwear. I've been breaking them in for 2 - 3 weeks, just going for shorter 3 mile walks each day and they haven't gotten any more comfortable really. The base of the shoe just seems like it is too much. If you are used to a shoe that has a chunkier base than this shoe might be for you, but if you're a person with flat feet or wears flatter shoes during workouts or hiking, this shoe is probably uncomfortable for you.

While I thought these would be my hiking shoe this year, I will have to return these as the toe box is a bit more shallow than the Agility Peak 5, making the whole shoe seem about a half size smaller.

The fit was true but Merrill has begun using this unpadded tongue design that is extremely painful at the top of my foot near the ankle. It pokes and scrapes even through thick socks.
This is the second time I’ve bought a new style of shoe hoping to get a shoe as comfortable as my old Merrill’s and both had this extremely uncomfortable, unpadded tongue.

I was sent the wrong shoe three times (women's instead of men's) and will not use Zappos again
