I wore these shoes for the first time last night and had to walk a mile or so to the event. My feet felt great in them and looked stylish too. They are more attractive than the photo shoes.

Overall this style was cute but ultimately the straps were a bit too large for my foot in this particular style of the Terran 4. I could get the ankle and heel straps tight enough BUT then the end of the strap was hanging super close to the ground and I didn't want to be dragging that around. Ultimately went with the same color in the Terran 4 Post style sandal, who's straps are the perfect fit over my foot.

Excellent overall. The style is a bit clunky, but they are extremely comfortable.

I always take a Size 9 in sneakers and sandals but I could have gone down 1/2 size on these sandals. A little long, but I am keeping. Super comfortable, great support and the colored rope makes them look less like a hiking sandal.

Every other year, I buy myself a new pair of Merrell sandals - they are the only sandals that provide adequate arch support for me. This is the first pair I have bought that have adjustable straps. It gives them a bulkier look - but makes them much better for walking on hills. They were brand new when I took them on vacation. Our rental was at the top of a hill, and the sandals were great going both up and down. We logged at least 15,000 steps a day (and one day more than 20,000 steps walking around Boston), and the sandals really held up and provided the support I needed to keep walking. I only wish I could find some sandals that provide this kind of support but are dressy enough to wear to work.

I almost never go wrong with Merrell sandals. I need arch support, and they always deliver. The one downside is that eventually the leather stretches and they get too loose. I'm hoping that because these are adjustable, they will last a few years longer.

Nice shoe but I need a narrower width.

I did not like the big straps across my foot

Very comfortable....foot bed feels very soft on my foot. I have not worn them for a long period of time yet, but as of now , they are comfortable.
