very comfy but super bummed that one of the seams on the heal ripped the very first time I put them on. Now one is too loose to comfortably wear.

I have several pairs of Sanuks and I love them. I bought this pair, the stitching split within 1 hour of use. I contacted customer service, sent them a photo, yet the INSIST they inspect them before I am sent a new pair. So now you have my money and my shoes. Terrible way to do business.

Have bought these for many years. My latest pairs fall off my heels.
Washed in hot water. No luck!
So very diss appointed, as I used to love them!!!
