Really hurt my arches to wear today in the treadmill

My first On Clouds I've tried on. I wear a size 11 and ordered the Frost/White. I liked the color and I liked the way they fit. They just have a chunky look to them that I'm not quite on board with. I appreciated the structure of the tongue and laces (I don't like the thin floppy tongues or laces that don't lay flat). The toe box had plenty of room, which I like, but I had to pull the laces pretty tight to feel secure in the shoe. (My feet are medium width, not narrow.) I may try some other On Clouds because I think there is potential I could like another style; for the price, I need to love them! I'm returning this pair, mostly for the stylistic issue.

I don't know why zappos.com recommend I size up to 7.5? I'm a true size 7.. sadly, the 7.5 felt a tad too big , so i returned.. I wish there was a quicker way to compare size 7. v 7.5

I ordered these shoes twice, both times in a size 7M. The first pair came in 7 WIDE even though the box said 7 M. I spent quite a bit of time on the phone with customer service and they were great and helped me order another pair and return the ones I had. The new pair came the EXACT same way. Box said 7M and shoes were 7W. I’m returning that pair as well but think someone needs to check this inventory and verify the shoes match the box. Frustrating.

At first I liked these shoes because they looked good and because they have a wide toe box, which is wonderful for me. I have walked in them over the last couple of months, and unfortunately, I find they lack padding at the bottom of the shoe. They have become uncomfortable because of this.

I’m so disappointed that the fit of the Cloudrunner has changed. I wear a size 5 and have been so happy with my previous 3 purchases of the same shoe. This new shoe is one whole size larger. Since I wear a women’s size 5 , I don’t have the option to get a smaller size.

It felt really big and bulky compared to another sneaker I ordered at the same time of the same brand. It felt really long for a size 9.

I really wanted to like these but every step I took, the front of the shoe (toe box) would scrunch up all weird and it was really uncomfortable. But the sole on these is incredible. I was disappointed they didn’t work out for me.

LOVED the look of these shoes but find them a bit narrow compared to other similar styles. I was very hopeful they would fit, but I had to return them. Comfortable but too narrow.

Just ok….. returned because they rubbed my ankle

I have owned 3 pair of the original Cloudrunners and am disappointed that the footbed has changed significantly in the Cloudrunner 2. Does not have the arch support or cushion that the originals had.

This is my second pair and I love them, I’ve started walking 3+ miles a day and my only complaint is the squeak in BOTH shoes with every step I take.

It felt like the foot was sitting on some bumps in certain spots of the shoe. DIdn't feel good while standing.

These are nice, but the tow area is wider and roomier than my last paid. Feel more like Hokas.

I ordered these and had to return twice because both times they sent a WIDE when both times I order a MEDIUM (and was confirmed as medium on the order forms). I did like the cushiness of the sole but the sides around the ankle are stiff and not comfortable. That could also be because they did not fit me correctly because they were a wide. I gave up on ordering them from Zappos and will go to a store where I can try them on and get the right size.

I have always worn wide shoes. In these I feel like it’s too wide. I’ve tightened the laces but my foot still feels like it’s swimming from side to side. The tongue and area around the ankle are very padded and comfortable. The insert is slippery and not comfortable. My toes feel like they are gripping while I wear these shoes. My feet hurt after wearing these shoes. Maybe it’s my high arches. I’ll go back to my Kuru’s.

I have such mixed feelings on these sneakers .... I bought them for walking because I wanted something a bit more "cushiony" for the pain in the ball of my foot and I liked these better than the Cloudmonsters. The footbed had a perfect amount of cushion--not too little, not too much. The decorative "boning" that runs from the tongue to the front of the toe was depressed on the inside of the left shoe, which pressed against the side of the ball of my foot. When I just had them on in the house, it didn't seem too bad and I thought it would go away. Well .... it doesn't. With every step that piece of fabric pressed harder into my foot . And while it wasn't initially a problem on the right foot, it quickly became an issue there too. I tried to stretch that area out, and managed to wear them twice (two half-hour walks) before giving up because it was just too painful. If you don't have pre-existing foot issues, these might be fine for you ... or maybe I got a defective pair. Zappos, in all their awesomeness, agreed to take them back so hopefully I can find something that works better for my feet.

Not a great shoe for narrow feet.

Have to return because the former design with padding around the shoelaces is now hard plastic that bumps into my ankle bones. Not comfortable at all unless I wore high socks

Super comfortable, however a bit wide and the back of my heel slips. Considering sizing down

I liked the show just fine but I ordered a medium and I was sent a wide so I had to return them.

I ordered a 9M and they sent me a 9w. I would like to exchange for the correct size but didn’t have that option.

I have a bunion on 1 foot and arthritic toe on the other with added heel pain, and have difficulties fitting shoes. They seemed to fit, initially, but I found them uncomfortable with static standing, and some rubbing on the bunion. I tried very hard to like them as I have tried multiple shoes, but went with Brooks instead.
