I ordered an 8.5 and was sent 8.5W. Was unable to get a good feel for them due to the wide width I received. The return process was easy and a credit issued as soon as I dropped them off for return.

Fits true to size and the cushion is more than other On sneakers I have owned. Great for everyday support.

Love OC shoes, I have others but this was my first Cloudrunner. The Cloudrunner 2 felt supportive, true to size & comfy for long walks. For reference I wear a size 9.5-10 regularly. I bought a size 10 and they fit perfect. My podiatrist turned me onto this company, I love that there is a company that makes supportive & comfy shoes that look great AND hold up. Thanks OC.

I've been looking for an alternative to Brooks shoes simply for the design. I've had several pairs of Adrenalins and I'm tired of their colors. I wanted a new lightweight running/gym shoe and most of the On shoes were not supportive where I needed. These have enough cushion so my shin splints don't act up and look good too. Larger toe box is nice.

I love these shoes! This is my second pair. Felt fabulous right out of the box and I wore them for over 12 hours the first time I put them on. Highly recommend. Before repurchasing these, I tried a couple other ON models, but these are the best for me. I'll mainly wear them to work (teacher) but also for athletic activities too.

Tried both the original Cloudrunner and Cloudrunner 2. Cloudrunner 2 was the clear winner. My feet feel supported and cushioned. I tried a few pair of HOKA but preferred these. Worth it!

Amazing! I loved the original Cloudrunners so I wanted to give these a try. They are great! Lightweight, super comfortable and I could run forever in these.

These shoes were very wide . My granddaughter needs them for running and the fit wasn’t right.

I have bone spurs in my big toe, walking hurts. I generally wear Hokas. I really want these to work, they’re very attractive and the heel is so cushiony to walk on. I’m concerned about the toe box and the way my foot slides down a bit when I walk. I have also noticed shin splints pretty soon after starting walking in these, which I never experience with Hoka. I might just need to adapt my stride/gait.

I loved this shoe. Loved color and style and how it felt on my foot. However, it felt huge and looked huge on my foot. I normally wear a 5.5 in running shoes. I have the on cloud swift in a 5.5 and it fits perfect. Decided to give this style a try. Unfortunately I had to return.

I had to return due to heel slipping and outer foot pain/soreness. They also squeaked. Bummer - I liked the style!

These are very nice shoes but not for me. I ordered a 10 1/2 wide. They seemed longer than the size I needed and a bit narrower. Would have loved for them to fit.

Insert is slippery. I find that my toes clench . Really don't like this shoe.

I have ordered this shoe in an 8.5M three (3) times and three (3) times I've been sent an 8.5W. when I go to order the wide size is showing no inventory. I just want what I order, but apparently whoever is packing the speed to be shipped can't take the time to validate what is being shipped is what is being ordered! Do better!!!!!

I have now order these twice and both time they have sent me a Wide when I ordered a medium both times. Super annoying!

Like other reviews, Zappos sent the wrong item. I ordered a Medium & got a Wide. It’s clearly marked on the box, so unsure why the challenges in logistics.

I buy ON Shoes all the time. Wanted to try a different style . Fit perfect like I expected but was geared more toward runners. Would of like these back in the day when I ran. But now I need more padding. Loved the look.
