I own, and like these training shoes in white and I particularly liked the wide toe box. I purchased again now in black and the toe box was narrower. There seemed to be a difference from the shoe I owned so I returned. I might try to reorder 1/2 size up for the width but generally I never have to do that. I think it’s a difference in the manufacture of the shoe.

I love them and would give them 5 stars but my left shoe slips a little in the heel. I’m sure it’s my issue, but it’s annoying. I switched to thicker socks, and I lace that shoe a little tighter & it works. I like a slightly wide toe box which is why I normally wear Hoka Cliftons. These shoes, however, offer slightly more stability for my exercise classes and my toes are still comfortable. I wear an 8 in my Cliftons, and I ordered an 8 in these.

These seem like they will be great for treadmill walks. They’re comfortable and also have great stability at the arch. My only issue with them is that they are wide. I have to tie them very tightly to keep them from slipping. I’m going to try a half size down, since they’re wide, to see if that helps with the slipping. I typically wear a size 7 in Brooks and Hokas and a 7.5 in Nike and New Balance. I originally ordered a 7 in these (which is the size I am reviewing). I’ve never worn a 6.5 in athletic shoes before, but we will see.

the toe area is very baggy and wide and wrinkles when you wear it.

I purchased these Cloudpulse shoes after reading an article that stated they were good for plantar fasciitis. However, I have worn them two days now, and my feet have started hurting. My heels feel the most pain. I am going to take a break for a couple days and try them again. I hope I will not be disappointed.

No arch support and not very cushioned

Returned awful fit.

I loved the look of these shoes and they are super bouncy. The issue and the reason I had to return was that my ankles rubbed on the shoe's collar. Not comfortable at all. Sadly I had to return.

These run wide. I tried half size down and they did not work either. I am returning both sizes.

I just didn’t care for this style. I loved the color way but it gave the look of an older person orthopedic shoe style to me.

I returned this item along with another On cloud shoe purchase and did not get credit for this On Cloudpulse. The return label would not let me print the return label for this item. Zappos sent the wrong size width. Please see that I get credit for the return. They both were mailed together. Thank you in advance for your help.

I am disappointed that it runs about a half size too big. I thought it was just the fit but then didnt want to return them. I wear a 7.5 in all On's and thought it was me at first but it is def the shoe. Super cute but the fit is bad and hurts my feet :(

They sent 8M instead of 8 M. Way too big.

Length and width are fine. No arch support at all and cannot remove insole to replace.

Did not like the way they felt on my feet they were a bit chunky weren’t as comfortable as my other cloud nine tennis shoes that I have purchased

I’ve ordered 4 pairs of these sneakers . I selected 6/12 m. They shipped me A wide….????? All of my shipments have been wide….. although they advertise M with…. I’m done….
