I stoped by Asics for a while as they lost a lot of cushion in their shoes. I’m happy to feel they are back. I have cracked metatarsal bones and need the extra cushioning without feeling like I lose stability or being too clunky. These aren’t the prettiest with the chunky back heel but they are very comfy. I wore them out of the box for. 10k and have zero complaints.

I usually wear a women's 5.5-6 depending on the style and width of the shoe. For running shoes, because my feed tend to be slightly wider than normal and I want something roomier and not so constricting when I run, I size up to a 6.5. It felt great. The shoe is incredibly light yet still comfortable. I wanted something a little more responsive than the Gel-Nimbus 25s, and the Novablast 4s fit the bill. I've been going on 4-5 mile runs almost everyday and they feel really good. I'm looking forward to going on longer runs with them.

Love these shoes. They do run big. Normally wear 6.5 or 7 in brooks, ASICS I wear 6. Very cushiony and comfortable. This is my 3rd pair of novablasts. I will be buying more colors.
