I went up half a size--the fit was good. The shoe is not as comfortable as other Brooks--but that may be because I really liked the colors so I bought the running shoe instead of one for walking and standing. (I'm a school teacher) My feet are killing me after a couple of hours.

One of the reviews for this sneaker said something to the effect that it fit like a glove. I have been trying for some time to find a sneaker that felt good on my feet, with lots of cushioning to help my bad knees. On the whole these sneakers seemed to fit the bill. I didn't care for the slip-on style, even with the laces; it made them a bit hard to get into. But the most disappointing aspect was the material for the upper... it was thin enough that my big toes would saw right through the tops fairly quickly. This is something I always have to deal with, so I look for construction that will make it worth the price, given the somewhat shorter life span they'll have . If these sneakers were half the price I might have kept them because they were quite comfortable. I've worn Brooks here and there for the past few years. On the whole I have been less than satisfied.

I felt they were slippers. The tongue is made out of elastic, something I am not comfortable with. Size felt smaller.

I really wanted to like them, but I just couldn't make them work. I got these as a suggestion from Brooks's shoe finder page, so it was a bit discouraging. I am a forefoot runner, my toes felt numb after a mile, and my arches were in pain most of the time. They were easy to put on, so I'll give them that. After not having luck with wearing these for running, I tried to switch them for everyday use, but there is no breathability, and my socks got wet just from wearing them for work (and I work a desk job, so not a lot of walking). They're aesthetically pleasing, and that's it.

They aren't as comfortable as the Glycerin 20 shoes that I'm wearing now. I will keep them because I have worn them but my next shoes will be like the style I wear now.

these are very tight - I understand they are knit, but there is no way to loosen them. The laces dont do anything.

The toe box was narrower than Brooks usually are. I returned them.

These did not provide enough support for my arthritic feet. My feet hurt so bad after wearing them for only a few hours. I've worn brooks for probably 10 years and bee had them hurt my feet like this. I ordered the GTS and my feet are fine in those, wore them all day with no problem. I'm returning these.

Painful. I bought these because I have had Stealth Fit shoes before that I loved. And Glycerin shoes are my go-to favorite. I bought some of the Glycerin 21 GTS in black and they are perfect. But these Stealth Fit, in a beautiful navy version (the reason they get two stars instead of zero) pinch and squeeze my toe box so badly that I felt it the whole next day after my run.

I was extremely disappointed with my order. I've been buying Brooks for years and this is the first time that I sent a pair back. The design and color were beautiful. However, the fit was way too uncomfortable. It seemed like the sizing was off. I always wear a women's size 10. These felt way too constricting. The return process was very easy and I was refunded in a short amount of time.

I gave these shoes 5 months. They're still pretty painful. Not enough support for my feet, too flimsy in the ankle, and I frequently get arch and heel pain. I wanted to love these but sadly I'm back to the drawing board.

Overall size snug fit versus the 20. Had to return for different shoe. Don't change what isn't broken.

It is very difficult to get these shoes on, especially because of the weird tongue that is an intrinsic part of the actual shoe, rather than a standard sewn-in attachment. I really hate that part of the shoe. Also, I am not a fan of a heel loop but, without it, I wonder if it would make it even harder to get the shoe on. Once it is finally on my foot, it feels a little tight across the vamp. That's a problem for me. My correct size is a 10.5, and this is an 11. I have worn earlier iterations of the Glycerin in the past and didn't have a problem. This design does not work for me.

Overall I liked the shoe, but it's too narrow, especially in the toe box. I have slightly wider than average feet, but I've never need wide width shoes. These squeeze my toes and resulted in big toe pain after running, so I have to return them.

The sneakers don’t have a tongue and the opening for one foot was very tight, even my 8yr old struggled to get her small foot into the opening.

Super comfy but they run very small ordered 1/2 size up and still too tight. I wish the return process was more of an outright exchange as I need them for work and don't have the funds to purchase a new pair while waiting for the return money to process

Too tight. This shoe doesn't have a tongue but instead it rides over the top of your foot.

I clearly did not read the description well enough to realize that the tongue is integrated as part of the shoe. It's all one piece. I like the look overall and was excited about the color but I cannot get my foot into the shoe. I also have one foot that swells by the end of the day so this is not going to work for me. I love Brooks shoes and especially the knit uppers and soft heel collar, I will have to look for another style.

Loved the look of these shoes but they felt quite narrow and the connected tongue did not work for me. It made the shoes so tight my feet would have been numb if I left them on. Very disappointed because color/pattern is great.

The fit was OK. The problem is the elasticity surrounding the foot opening. It was difficult for me to get the shoe on.

They are at least one size too small. This seems to be the norm and not just a fluke. I really wish I could return them for a bigger size. I own several pairs of Brooks but the last pair was too small as well. I am a 9 1/2 always

I bought these shoes to replace my Ghost 16s. I wore them for about a week for indoor aerobic exercise and they killed my feet. I developed painful corns and had to get rid of these shoes after 1 week. The narrow toe box and poor arch support run counter to what I have heard about this brand. I subsequently bought athletic shoes with a wide toe box and better arch support. Very disappointed.

The shoe was so tight I could not get my foot in it. I cut the tongue in several places trying to get it to loosen, but nothing worked. It was too tight. I threw the shoes away.
