Great boots! Yes, order full size lower than usual. My husband wears a 9 shoe, but ordered size 8. They are perfect!

I was perusing the LL Bean website and came across these rubber mocs. I felt compelled to rate them after I saw an overall 4.2/5.0 rating. These are one of the best purchases I have ever made! I purchased my mocs in 1987 and have worn them ( a lot) ever year since. They are showing wear, but have held up GREAT for almost 40 years. I slip them on when I walk the dog, go to the grocery store, run errands, and even go to work. They are super versatile. The only time I don't wear them is during the summer months. I can't recommend these shoes enough. I have no relationship with LL Bean and I am not benefiting, in any way, for this rating. (Note: Looks like these are 10 M per bottom of shoe. I can't believe I am still able to see the sizing. I normally wear an 11.5 shoe/boot)

Great easy on/off Moc for quick trips to the store or tasks outside or driving on wet days to the park. I wear a 9D shoe but had to buy a 8M Moc to get the correct fit. Replace a 15 year old pair.

I just got my second pair of Bean Boots Rubber Mocs. My first pair lasted over 20 years! I literally wore the heel and sole off. The quality of the new pair is just as good as my old pair which is a testament to LL Bean's commitment to quality.

Comment about buying one size smaller than your normal shoe size is good advice. I only went 1/2 size smaller and they are a little big, but still comfortable.

excellent quality, efficient, easy to work with...sizing is a little off, even the regular width is large in the heel for me.

These shoes are well built. I have been wearing LL Bean boots for over 40 years. My first pair of Rubber Mocs. Pay attention to the sizing recommendation's. I usually wear an 8/12 regular width. After trying on several pairs at the local store, I settled on a pair of dark brown 7 wide. I plan to wear these with a thicker sock in the fall/winter/spring. They will be great for light snow/slush.

Over the years I've had a number of pairs of Llbean boots and rubber bottom shoes. These are great slip on shoes for year round use. Nothing like knowing your feet are always dry

I picked these up for an all-purpose shoe for chores, errands and walking my dog during the winter/early spring/late fall seasons. So far they've been great! They are warm, comfortable, and have kept me upright in icy conditions. Highly recommend.

Love these. Made well. Very sturdy. Ordered 11 wide the first time. Way too big. After speaking with a friendly and knowledgeable customer service man I ordered the 11 regular. Much better. These shoes run loose. Best of all .. Made in the USA!

Slip on, comfortable, and waterproof. I love everything about them other than the size being known to be a full size too large. I'm sure LL BEAN would greatly increase sales and ratings if they just marked them with the correct size.

Description stated "order down" 1 full-size. My foot size is 8 1/2 & I couldn't believe 7 1/2 was correct. I ordered 8 1/2----wrong----1 size down is accurate. Indeed, for me, 7 would have been better. It's a great boot; I highly recommend it.

Here in wi I see the mail delivered but to get to the box I have to traverse whatever the plows have put at the end of my driveway. These easy on and off mocs get me there and back no sweat.

Love these boots. My one complaint: needed a size 12 1/2 but the large sizes don't come in 1/2 sizes. Hey, stuffed socks works.

I received these for Christmas and my wife followed the sizing instructions so they fit perfectly. I've had these boots before and they are comfortable, durable and perform perfectly in all kinds of circumstances. I remain thankful that they were gifted to me at Christmas.

I bought these because I had a pair I wore out from another company that were too narrow. My feet have three extra bones in the instep so my foot looks like a club, skinny heel and extra wide toe. Put these on and almost cried cause they would not stay on my feet as I walked. The heels kept slipping off! I tried different socks... toes too tight. I glued a foam strip into the heal area... no luck. I then was about to give up after removing the mess I made with the foam and did something I had not done since buying these boots. I untied them. I put my foot in the moc and shoved it to the back and tied the laces. Not too tight so they would be uncomfortable but tighter than they were tied when I got them. I feel soooo stupid! THEY FIT AND STAYED ON AS I WALKED! Yes , if you have trouble with these falling off try retying them. They are now my Favorite shoe of all time!

Make sure to order a size down they run very large! I bought these for my father who wears a size 13 and I had to send them back and get a 12. He has another pair of these type of shoes from LL Bean but they are the boots and they are a size 13 and they were fine So for some reason these particular ones run large. He LOVES them !!!

I ordered these for my son for Christmas. The one complaint is that they ran really large - a whole size too big! After switching them out twice, they finally fit. The best part of all of the switcheroos was the folks that I talked to over the phone. They were all so helpful and pleasant to deal with, which can be rare these days!!
