I did not keep these shoes. they felt light and cheap and the rubber of the sole was creamy / yellowy white and looked like they were old / sun faded.

Too short to evaluate really

Just to small...just had surgery on my foot and hoped this would be the answer to pain footwear. Unfortunately, a 12 in new balance is a bit short. Wide toe box, but just not long enough.

these do run short....I just had surgery on my foot and had big hopes, but short. Toe box is wide which was good, but just not a good fit.

I was very surprised by this shoe. I didn't realize that the toe was a lacy mesh. Cute and light weight, but my toes hit the end of the shoe, and the bottom of the shoe did not seem to extend all the way to my toes. Very cushy. Close, but awkward and makes me pronate.

Fit and size was OK. But I did not expect the shoe fabric to look like a white summer pinafore for a little girl. I expected a regular white canvas cloth sneaker. This isn't, and you need to make that much clearer in your pictures of the shoe.,

I always wear new balance, however, these felt much shorter. My toes were right at the end. No way could I wear socks with them. They're really pretty, but I had to return.

The fit was true to size. However, I could not wear it for very long it did not provide enough arch support and I got shin spints.

These are too big, and the back hurts my heal. Unfortunately, not a good fit.

The arch is too high. Too much support for me.

Nice shoes; however, they are at least half to one size too small. I wasn’t even able to squeeze my feet into them. So, I can’t describe arch support or width. I am going back to order my Freshfoam 1080.

Very wide, cheaply made.

I loved these shoes for their white color and lightweight design. However, I found the size to be too small. Unfortunately, I didn't try them on before discarding the box, so I ended up stuck with them after wearing them just once. I had to bend my toes while wearing them, and the back of the shoe rubbed against my foot, which resulted in significant discomfort and wounds. Luckily my sisters half a size smaller from me, I gave it to her.

It was the cheapest, crudest pair of New Balance shoes I’ve ever seen. The shoes are not the size they are marked as.

This shoe ran very small, and the width felt tight. Perhaps the arch was sitting in the wrong spot because the shoe was small, but it was very uncomfortable. I returned the shoes immediately. I always wore the NB 990, and will go back to that shoe.
