This is my second pair of these shoes. The first pair fit great, but this pair, even though it was the same size as before, was too small. Unfortunately I couldn't tell that until I ran in them and now they are unable to be returned.

Tight on my feet even after sizing up. Cute shoes, but knew immediately I’d sending back.

The back of the shoes is so hard it hurts your achilles tendon .

Could barely get my foot in the shoe! I ordered a 9 wide because I have bunions, especially pronounced on the right foot. But made my foot look huge :/ Great arch support, well made, attractive shoes, but wasn't the 'look' I anticipated.

These are exactly the same size and width that I always wear, but they are too snug

I ordered these in double E width. When the shoes arrived they were marked "W." When I attempted to try them on (wearing very thin socks), I couldn't even get my foot into the first shoe, so I didn't bother to try the second but boxed them up for return. I am very disappointed because New Balance has been my "go to" brand for years.

Most uncomfortable walking shoe I've ever owned. In the trash after two attempts because they provided no support whatsoever.

inside the shoe is a stretchy something that makes the shoe tight, Too tight. Too restrictive. Not sure of it purpose. Terrible feature. Do not like.

These are for pronated feet, and particularly flat feet. I was recommended these at a specialty running store my podiatrist recommended since I have very flat and significantly pronated feet. It felt a little strange at first, but after a walk with no pain I realized the strangeness was it helping to correct my mechanics. Paired with my prescription orthotics, I went from being unable to walk a mile comfortably to 20k+ steps a day while traveling internationally without significant pain. A true gift! Not a magic bullet on its own, but an important part of my overall strategy my doctor helped me develop. So might not be ideal for an online only purchase unless you know exactly what you need already. I got backup pairs from Zappos since that store only stocked one colorway.

I bought woman’s shoes instead of men’s so when my friend put them on they didn’t fit him but new balance is a great brand and I will continue to purchase thanks

Overall, a great sneaker just not for me. The wide isn’t wide enough and I didn’t feel much difference with the EW. I really like NB brand and hope I can find the right model for me

This shoe is extremely comfortable and fits well. And I a very hard fit (6 xwide). So I think I’ll get another pair before it’s discontinued!

They fit perfectly right out of the box! No "break in" needed. New Balance has always been my go to brand - it never disappoints.

Size & fit are perfect for me. Other than trying them on, I have not worn them, so it is difficult for me to give a truly honest opinion. That will come later after wearing.

I really love this shoe. The toe box is wide however it doesn't provide the height and volume I need for a hammer toe, but still okay.

Use as running walking shoe so order 1/2 sizes larger! Very comfy with support!

This show was comfortable. I was able to take out the soles and put in soles for plantar fasciitis, and it worked out beautifully. It's time for me to buy a new pair as I've been wearing these for a year.

New Balance Fresh Foam X 860v14 is an excellent running shoe. These shoes are narrower than expected but perfect for narrow feet. The arch support is comfortable and the upper part of the shoe keeps its shape.

New Balance has been the shoe I wear nearly every day after recommended by a podiatrist years ago. This 860 v14 is comfortable, fits my problem geriatric feet. I just keep buying them in different colors.
