I have a long narrow overpronating foot, plus knee and back problems. I normally take a size 10 in athletic shoes. I was so happy that the 10.5 NB fresh foam fit perfectly! However, the sole of the shoe is too bouncy/soft, and there is an irritating bump behind the toes. Walking in the house feels uncomfortable, and the softness hurt my knees even with my orthotics! NB has always fit me, but I have to return these. Thank you to Zappos for your wonderful service and understanding!

These shoes arrived dirty and worn. Not cool.

Just feels like a squishy sole. No support but super thick cushioning. I have worn NB for years and they don’t fit the same anymore. I wish I had returned them instead of trying to get used to them.

I have worn NB shoes for 15 years or more. These were so tight and so narrow I could barely squeeze my foot into the shoe. The extra thick foam sole does not work for me, and sadly NB has almost no styles with their older style, firmer soles. They lost me as a customer and I am very disappointed.

I have 3 of this style sneaker and just ordered the pink and black. Didn’t even think recycled all packaging and they are a full size smaller than the label. I wear a 10.5 i can’t fit my foot in sneaker and its labeled 10.5. Such a bummer I can’t return.

These shoes wound up being very uncomfortable. My feet hurt after wearing them for a very short time. Worst New Balance shoes I have ever purchased. I am returning them!!

I ordered 7 M in this color and size but received a 7 WIDE in a size 8 box!

The 860v14 are not 860 with the post heel support. There is no stability support in the heel. I felt like I was walking around on squishy clouds.
