Bought a half size larger per Zappo's recommendation. Length was ok, but toe box is definitely narrower than 2E. Not sure what has happened to New Balance shoes, but they're no longer worth the cost. Sadly, they were the only brand that fit my weird foot for decades, but no more.

I really liked the look of the shoe and it was fine for stability in terms of my pronation. I have neuropathy, especially under my toes and this was the only reason I did not keep them. I am not really sure why they were uncomfortable under my forefoot, but it was enough for me not to keep them. I think it would be an excellent shoe for many other people without that particular problem.

I walked around the house in them and I felt like I was going to fall backwards. They just felt strange. I usually love New Balance shoes. These just feel weird.

Super comfortable, but it felt as though each step tipped me into pronation, so I took a video and confirmed that this is true. For someone who suffers from supination, this might be the cure!

These shoes were a bit too long. I returned them. They have good arch support and good cushioning as well as nice stability when walking.

As a severe overpronator, I’ve used NB 860 for many years. My favorite iteration was v10. The extent to which the shoe changes each year is frustrating. This year’s version is too bulky for me and the shoe seems wider than previously. Returned and will look for an older model.

I LOVE these shoes! Comfort immediately. My only wish is that there was a bit more arch support. That's because my feet need that...for a normal foot they would be just right.

Very comfortable. Nice big toe box, which is good news for my bunions. Nice springy padding on the bottom. Walked comfortably all day in them.

I like the fit and size. Plenty of room in the toe box. Had to add an orthotic because there's not any significant arch support

New Balance has always been a good fitting shoe and I have been buying them for years and years. But, now the show has a gusseted tongue? that makes the show undesirable. It hurts the top of the foot. I wish they would discard the elastic attachment. It is too tight. I may try to cut it, stretch it, or return the shoes.

I have been wearing the same shoe in an earlier version, same size and width, with no problems. This pair is so small and tight I can barely get my feet in. Returning for a bigger size.

I have problem feet because of a bunion and flat feet. These shoes accommodate my high impact activities and customer orthotics. It's a go-to version for me, as I have the shoe in another color. I hope NB can stay with the shoes that work, rather than trying to "improve upon' what doesn't need tweaking.

Perfect fit but the tongue is secured on either side with a wide strap of elastic that began to fatigue the arch of my foot and cause numbing after wearing them around the house for a half hour or so. I wish I could keep them as they are very comfortable. If you enjoy wearing athletic socks that have the arch compression support, you might enjoy these shoes. I don't like compression on my feet. I've included a couple of photos that show the elastic band fixed to the tongue.

It's uncomfortable. It's narrow than what I'm used to from NB Fresh Foam. Color and style is good but it wasn't for me.

New balance changed this perfect fit to too large , wide and no arch support. Cutest style tho, but can't wear. Kills knees and toes.

I love these tennis shoes. I am a big walker, hiker and sometimes runner. These do the trick. I always get Aertrex insoles for all my tennis shoes for extra cushion and support. Makes a big difference.

Thank you for making a narrow shoe available. I wear a 10N and this was the only well made athletic shoe in my size on the internet. There are a lot of wide width shoes available, but many women with narrow feet are wearing ill-fitting mediums due to a dearth of narrow ones. I recently had a bad fall which I attribute to shoes that were slippery because they were too wide.

The fit is comfortable. I like the style. I think this particular model as more cushion which complements the stability. Overall, I prefer this model over the X860V13.

Shoe had good insole but toebox is too narrow for my foot.

I've worn New Balance for years, but this style was very uncomfortable and felt like it was half a size smaller in length and width. I have troubled feet and must have a roomy toe box with lots of insulation. For the past 4 years, New Balance and Brooks are always sold out of my size and width (7.5, 2E). Yes, both companies ALWAYS have black and white shoes, but I'm sick of only having these two limited choices. Unfortunately, I'll be sending these back.

The fit was okay. They were true to size, but they caused pain I'm my heels because of plantar fascia.

This was my first pair of New Balance sneakers. I bought them to replace some old Adidas Ultraboosts and was looking for a thick foam sole and a similar look. The fit was true to size (I wear a 9 in Adidas and Hokas and bought this in a 9), they're comfortable, and have no break-in period.

Not enough wide

Shoes are nice, fit ok, but I don’t like the shape. I have the same style 860 from last year in black and they have a nice shape and are very comfy. I’m just looking for a new color. They come in wide and extra wide for those who have bunions.
