Customer Reviews New Balance Fresh Foam 680v8

I keep trying to replace my New Balance 680 v6, the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. While these are better than the v7, which were horrible, they are still different than the v6. Almost too much cushiness and very thick sole almost like a HOKA. The arch is very pronounced also. They do seem true to size, I ordered a 7 wide which is what I've gotten before and these were comparable. Sadly, I'm sending them back. I wish New Balance would just stick with something that works for so many people, just make a million different colors!

This pair is SOOOO comfortable. I never realized I needed a wide width for bunion comfort.

Fit and size perfect.

The shoes are cushioned with a wide enough toebed for a wide. I ordered the sand, which is an off white. They are the best for my neuromas so far. Pleased with the comfort and fit of the shoes. I have to put a metarsal arch under the inserts. I wish shoes had better arch supports, but they just do not. I may replace the shoe laces as they are a bit too nylon and the keep coming untied. I tried the 880 and they were not as cushioned as this shoe.

I have a 13-year-old daughter with wide feet and have always struggled to find good sneakers and the right fit for her. When these were delivered I was scared that this also would not feel right but I was wrong my daughter almost cried because they fit perfectly like a glove I bought the 9.5 in Wide. I wouldn't leave comments, but I had to do this in case someone out there has the same issues. My kid has flat wide feet and they fit perfectly! They are good-looking shoes and they look very bouncy and cushiony as well.

These shoes are very comfortable. I have several of this style. I got the light blue and it is a very pretty color. I could wear these right out of the box, no breaking in

These are very attractive and fits true to size BUT the material feels so cheap and no arch support.

These shoes are very comfortable for doing all my treadmill walking. They are very light weight and cozy inside. The fit is just right with plenty of toe room, and they're true to size with my other sneakers. I do have a narrow foot, so these fit well. I love the light blue! A great workout shoe!

Great shoes for walking. Lots of cushioning.

NB shoes are tricky - sometimes I have to size up, but these are true to size and super comfortable. I am very pleased!

Super light. so Comfortable. True to size. The day I got them. I walked the mall with my daughter and feet didn't hurt at all.

Fits like a glove, but man of man, bright as all get out. Will definitely be able to find in a crowd.

They were comfortable but the other pair of New Balance were just a little bit more comfortable so I choose them.
