Cute shoe but lacks in stretch making a very stiff shoe. Wide was large at top of shoe but narrow where it’s most needed. Not an easy slip on. Returning for being too narrow.

Fits small. Sized up 1 whole size and they are still too small. I don’t feel right returning them after wearing them outside.

I absolutely love these from the minute I first put them on and walked around the house. I then wore them out that day with my pair of workout leggings and a jacket. They are the perfect shoes to just do your running around on any average day. I would buy them again originally bought them to wear back-and-forth to work because I wear scrubs and I like them so much that they are staying in my closet for use at home. I do believe they would be comfortable enough for me to wear in the hospital all day. Thank you new balance. (I ordered them in a nine wide because the bridge of my foot is slightly wide and squared and they are most comfortable this way, they could not be more comfortable.)

Very comfortable, roomy toe box without being too wide, good arch support and cushion for standing on feet all day.

I normally wear a 9 med width so based on the reviews I ordered a 9.5 and I couldn’t even get them on. I sent them back and ordered a 9.5 wide and they fit ok. I still probably could have worn a 10 W because my toes are close to the end. But I love the shoe. Just take into account that these have a fixed tongue and have to be pulled on and they run really small.

These shoes are so amazingly comfortable. I have flat feet and it is so hard to find a shoe that is comfortable. These are so light. LOVE THESE!

fits quite well and is loose at the toe box. i wear these daily for my three mile walks. and they're pretty to boot.

If you have a fairly normal foot, these may fit just right in your standard sneaker size. I purchased a 10 (which is my usual sneaker size), felt they fit quite well, and I had room in the toe box! I have a slightly wide foot, but not enough to order wide. They were cushiony, which was surprising, because they look so sleek and low profile. However, the issue came after wearing them for a while. I have a very high arch, and these shoes have a sewn-in tongue (which translates to no tongue at all, just an opening for your foot). You can lace them up, but for me, I didn't even need the laces. I found that they would squeeze my foot across the top so much that I could only wear them for a few hours at a time. There is no way to loosen them there. Eventually, I couldn't wear them at all anymore. I just kept trying because they were so cute and mostly comfortable except for the opening where you have to get your foot in.

I love the look of this shoe, and it's very cushy in the sole. In dress shoes, I wear about a 9.5, and I sized up to a 10 in these, so about standard for sneaker sizing. However, I have a very high arch, and no matter how much I loosen the laces, these are almost painfully tight around the top of my foot. Since there is no tongue, you cannot really adjust the shoe to make it any looser -- just tighter. I do have a wide forefoot, and find there to be plenty of room in the toe box to move my toes around. All this, and it doesn't make my foot look huge. Just wish I could loosen them enough to be really comfy.

Loved the look and style of the shoe, as for comfort I don’t know because I couldn’t get it on my foot. I had the correct size I just couldn’t get my foot slid into the shoe. I have a small foot, 5 1/2.

I made the mistake of listening to the 3 reviews that said they run at least half a size small. Nope. I normally wear 9.5 or 10, so I ordered an 11 to wear with thick socks. Even with my thick socks on, the 11s were way too big. I'm ordering my normal size or 10 and we'll see how that goes. Shoe is cute and size 11 didn't even look big! Not super-supportive (I have high arches and didn't have any trouble getting into them), but many shoes don't when you have really high arches.

The shoes are sooo small, my 10 year old couldn't even get her foot into the size 5 and she normally wears a 4.5. I'm trying again with a size 6W because they are very cute and stylish.

Since the tongue of the shoe is sewn into the body of the shoe, there's no flexibility of the tongue to slip my foot into the shoe.

Another attached tongue design that makes it hard to slip your foot into the shoe. I am normally 7.5 but ordered 8 to be safe and it still was slightly too small. Second New balance that didn’t work. Starting to wonder if any New Balance will work for me.

You can’t stretch out the top of the shoe for wide feet - super uncomfortable

These are super snug to the point where they mess up your socks. Even the wide size is narrow, my toes extended past the width of the shoe which is super disappointing because I really love the look of these.

Love love the shoes look but ordered even a half size up and still couldn’ get them on with thin socks. Had to return them and will order a wide which I’ve never worn in my life when they get more in stock but hope they fit as I love the look of the shoes

The tongue is sewn to the shoe. I can't figure out how you can get these on.

The back of the shoe felt uncomfortably low with no support for your heel. Parts of the upper edge on the back cut into my lower ankle. There is no true tongue in the shoe, instead it's just one continuous piece of fabric and less easy to get on and off.
