I wear a lot of new balance. I read they ran small so I ordered up 1/2 size. That was way too small at big toe. So I tried again and ordered up another 1/2 size, toe was still touching end, didn’t even seem like a bigger size. No idea what’s up with these shoes. I returned both pair. The material felt insanely cheap too. Disappointed

I have always had success with New Balance but these were awful. Comfy in the heal but no support or cushion from arch to toe. They feel widest in the heal and lift out. The most uncomfortable spot is on the ankle. The design hits high on the ankle bone and was painful. Not a rubbing issue which would cause a blister but actually hard and can cause bruising. I actually took them off, and it was more comfortable to walk home barefoot.

These are too narrow for my wide feet. I couldn't get my feet in them to even try them out. Part of the problem is the tongue is attached to the main part of shoe. Do better New Balance

The size was too small and they were not comfortable.

The box was opened, the shoes were dirty, and had been worn. This is unacceptable.

I should have listened to other reviewers. This are difficult to put on and feet slide forward making my usual size 7 in sneakers too short

I had to return this pair because after replacing the insole with my custom orthotics the shoes feel too tight. I had ordered a half size larger than I usually wear. The elastic on the sides made the shoes hard to pull on because of arthritic hands. Thank you Zappos for your generous return plan.

This style was very hard to put on my foot. The elastic did not give enough stretch. This style is terrible for anyone with arthritis in the hands. I returned it for a half size larger. It still was too hard to put on. The fit would have been better if the toe was rounded and the toe box higher. I returned the second pair. Thank you Zappos for your very generous return policy.
