I find this a good all rounder. Weight training, spin, or running the show is supportive and comfortable with good grip. Consistent sizing as this is my second pair.

I bought these shoes to do Les Mills Body Attack, in the hope they would give me greater stability than my running trainers. Thankfully they have done exactly that and I now feel able to stop, turn and move from side to side with much greater sureness of foot. Would recommend for any activity where changes of direction happen quickly.

Its a bit stiff on the bottom but thats to be expected for shoes made for lifting. Its soooo good looking and goes with any outfit tbh. Its stylish AND functional. Not the best for running/ long walks, but great pair of shoes for weightlifting or casual wears! 10000% recommend for anyone looking to buy. It fits quite perfectly too, just enough wiggle space for your toes but not too big. True to size and comfy. Love em so much.
