If you have had Nano's in the past and found them a bit tighter in the toe box and stopped buying them then this is good news. They fit really well for a normal USA foot. I ordered my normal size and they were great during my first XFit workout. These aren't great for running miles but they really offer solid footing for things like KB swings to box jumps.

Everyday workouts. From cardio, to heavy lifts.

I've had many generations of the Nano and these ones are right up there as one of my favorites. Not only do they look cool, but they fit so good! They're incredibly durable, have plenty of cushion and support.

We train with a CrossFit style. Heel is much improved. There seems to be so more cushion in the instep area. Seems more supportive than the X3's. We like them so far.

This has become my go to training shoe for the gym. I own most of the nano X series but the X4 just does it all better. Looking forward to getting a variety of other color schemes.

Beats any nike metcon and is great for running on asphalt and doing heavy olympic work. Has a great snug fit and doesn't shift or move during lifts, but is breathable and not constricting.

So far, I really like them! They fit true to size and are comfortable. I'm hoping they hold up better than My X2 and X3 I had some de-laminating issues that I'm hoping they fixed on this shoe. Time will tell. So far, they are appearing to be good quality and I'm happy with them.

I've always worn a 9 1/2 wide. My last training shoe was the Nano x2 size 9 1/2. They and previous Nanos in this size fit me well. I was all ready to order the Nano x4 in 9 1/2, until I read a bunch of reviews saying that the Nano x4 were not as wide so order 1/2 size larger. Initially I was hesitant to order a 10. I've ordered up a half size before and it was always a mistake. So many were saying to do so in so many reviews, so I bit the bullet and ordered a half size up. Glad I did! The Nano x4 in a 10 fits great! Have done two workouts in them so far and couldn't be happier with the fit and feel. Bottom line...order up half a size.

The X4 is much better than the previous Nano's. They seem to have addressed some of the poor design.Suoer comfortable, supportive, versatile, and light. Glad to be back in Nano's.

These are my first pair of shoes for crossfit, and I could not be happier with them! The toe box isn't crammed, and my foot is secure in the middle without restriction. Absolutely worth it!

The X4 fixed everything I had issues with in the X3. Great training shoe, fit is perfect, and the stability is great.

Very lightweight , yet sturdy , truely a wonderful design for all around gym activities, I hit the treadmill or weights with no issue , would recommend for advanced gym goers

I have been using my used running/trail shoes for weight lifting for years, and finally decided to branch out. I looked at dozens of shoes out there, every variation, style, brand you name it. After all of that, I went with the original cross training shoe, the Reebok Nano. The X4 is the latest in the lineup, and I couldn't be more thrilled. From heavy lifting, squats, deadlifts and cross training this shoe has felt comfortable, not restrictive and honestly, I wouldn't want any of the other dozens of shoes I looked at. This is the real deal.

I had the Nano X2 and liked them. These fit more snuggly. I noticed an immediate improvement in stability doing squats and deadlifts. I have a wide foot but the toe box on the X2 was a bit too wide even for my somewhat wide foot. The X4s are dialed in.

Love the Nano X series! I have them all and this one might just be the best so far!

I replaced a well worn pair of Nano X2s that I loved but had worn out over the last couple of years with these Nano X4s. These grip my heel better and provide a very solid platform for heavy lifting.

I had de nano x2 before and these feel like a big upgrade, totally recommend buying half a size smaller that you usually do.
