Received my package today. The shoes is SIGNIFICANTLY smaller than I'm use to. I have a few different NANOs and they are about a full size larger than these.

When I tried it on, I immediately noticed the plastic on the sides pushing into my arches. The sole is much narrower than expected. I knew right away that it was not going to work out with the hard plastic and the arch.

I recently purchased the Reebok Nano X4, eager to add them to my training gear, influenced by my positive experiences with previous models. However, my anticipation quickly turned into disappointment. The primary issue I encountered was with the fit and sizing of the shoe. Despite ordering my usual size, which had been a perfect fit in past models, the Nano X4 appeared noticeably smaller. This discrepancy wasn't just a minor inconvenience but a significant drawback that affected the overall comfort and usability of the shoe. The snugness was evident from the moment I tried them on, providing an immediate sense of restriction, rather than the supportive yet comfortable fit I was accustomed to in their predecessors. This tightness was not something that could be remedied by simply breaking them in, as the shoe's structure itself seemed to be the root of the issue. The smaller fit has left me with no choice but to return them and size up, an inconvenience that I haven't faced with previous versions of the Nano series. It's a disappointing setback, especially considering the Nano's reputation for delivering on both performance and comfort. The need to size up might be a minor hiccup for some, but for me, it represents a step back in the consistency and reliability I've come to expect from Reebok's sizing standards. In conclusion, while the Reebok Nano X4 continues to embody the quality and design innovation characteristic of the brand, the fit and sizing issue cannot be overlooked. If you're considering purchasing the Nano X4, I strongly recommend trying them on or sizing up to avoid the same disappointment. It's a lesson in ensuring that advancements in design do not come at the cost of the fundamental aspects of fit and comfort, which are crucial for any training shoe.

Nanos apparently no longer work for me. I tried my normal size (10.5) and the next size up and both are too narrow in the toe box. Never had this issue with previous versions. These seem like the Tyr trainers now which is unfortunate. Maybe Reebok can make wide versions as well?

Long time fan of the Nano series but these Nano 4 just isn't good for me. The box toe is much smaller than the previous Nanos which feels very tight and the flexibility isn't like the Nano 2 nor 3's. It's like I'm walking on Lifters. I love the design and all but these Nano 4 are nothing like the previous ones and honestly the Nano 2 are best in its comfortability in my book.

Average crossfitter and used shoes for about 4 weeks. Did one rope climb and a chunk came out of the sole. Not sure how these can be marketed as cross training shoes and not survive one rope climb.

Way to narrow in the middle. They are so uncomfortable and because of where they dig into you are off balance so not even good for the gym. Don't recommend for anyone

I have worn 3 pairs of Nano X1's into the ground. Weightlifting, cross-training and everyday wear. Fit perfectly for me, extremely comfortable. Nano X4 huge disappointment. Too tight & narrow. :-(

I ordered a mens 9.5/womens 11. The shoe was at least 1-3 sizes too small and I had to return them. It is confusing with unisex sizing.

I've been buying Nanos for years, every model until this one has been great but these are so incredibly narrow I cannot wear them. Big waste of money. Go online and find a pair of reliable X3s instead.

My first pair was smaller than anything I've ever purchased before. The exchange was easy and Reebok did an amazing job in switching the shoes. The new, half size bigger shoes, were the most narrow and uncomfortable pair of Nanos I have ever worn. I tried them for several different kind of workouts, but the instep dug into the side of my foot. Sold them to a friend for half the price I paid for them. Absolute garbage and extremely disappointed, as most other CrossFit style of shoe doesn't really work for me either.

Originally purchased these in my normal size. They were too small. Sent them back and received a half size bigger. Reebok was awesome with the trade. These are remarkably narrower than I have been used to with a Nano shoe. The insole seems to dig into my instep, and they are quite uncomfortable. I have tried Metcons, BP's Savage shoes, and No Bulls, but always preferred the Nano shoe. Until this iteration. I am pretty disappointed and haven't had a good pair of Nano's since the 6s. I would buy five pairs of the 6s if Reebok ever put them out again. For my CrossFit training, I would not recommend this shoe for anything. Even after breaking them in, they are still really uncomfortable. I guess I'll try INOV-8.

I was a massive fan of the X2. I was excited to order a new pair of the x4. My wife and I both have pairs of previous models. Her feet are more narrow and mine are wide. We were both shocked when we both tried on our pair and the sizing was completely different. For me, I loosened the shoe as much as possible and my feet were throbbing. My wife who has narrow feet the said her heels were digging into the back. Overall I don't know why they you thought to change your sizing. Unfortunately, we had to return them and we will not be buying a new pair.

Let me start by saying, I am a loyal Reebok Nano wearer since I started Crossfit about 7 yrs ago. I've owned at least 6 of the prior iterations and while I can't say they have all been identical in shape/fit, the general sizing has always been relatively close to the point where I can go with my normal size and expect something relatively good to come out of the box. Well....Not this time. I initially bought the X4s in my regular size and those were way too small (too narrow throughout + too short + too narrow in toe box). I returned and went 1/2 size up. Still same issues. Tried a 3rd time, sizing up 1/2 again or 1 full size above my regular. This time, the shoes felt ok in the toe box and good in the heel but too long overall. As much as I tried to make this work, I didn't want to bust a shin on a box jump because my shoes were too long. After 3 try's, I just had to give up. Reebok, PLEASE don't mess with the sizing on the Nano's. You have a loyal following but you're screwing it up. Go back to the X3 sizing and continue small tweaks. In the meantime, I ordered a pair of TYR's and Nike Metcon's. For the record, I didn't want to.

I've been wearing nano shoes for PT and just about every day for a few years. Ordered my usual size, they were significantly smaller than expected so I sent them back a few days later un worn. This was a few months ago and still no refund for whatever reason

I've always loved the nano, but I have not been able to find the men's version on the website. The unisex version is too narrow.

I'm a CrossFit enthusiast that has worn Nano's for 5+ years and the last two pairs have suffered from the same problem. When lacing them up the fabric that holds the lace breaks. Very poor quality!

I wore these for one hour per day, indoors only, to workout, and within one month one of the shoelace eyelets broke and the rubber on the front is coming off. Customer Service offered $35 credit.

Very uncomfortable shoes, can't imagine training in them. Too narrow and arch is too high. Disappointed since they are great looking shoes.
