I have been wearing Nanos for the last 5 years and they continue to get more and more narrow. Maybe will take more time than usual to break-in. Love the color.

The sole has separated in several locations after just a few months of owning. It's too bad the quality has really fallen off recently. Can't cut corners in quality especially at this price!

Great shoes for training, but I feel like the quality's gone down. Used twice. Torn toe. A month later, the other side tore. Tried sending info to warranty. Nothing back.

The inner edge of the heel cup crosses under my arch and is painful to walk on.

These shoes are sold as unisex shoes meaning supposedly a men's size 7.5 is the same as a women's size 9. I found these shoes (my size 9) do not fit me like a women's size 9 normally do. They seemed wider but shorter in length.
I'm returning and searching for a similar shoe in a standard women's size.

I have found that the unisex training shoe is small on the women's size. I'm debating going up 1/2 or 1 full size. The Nano X4 WOMEN shoe fits true to size. Now to understand the refund process and reorder a larger size.

I ordered this shoe for crossfit type of workouts, specifically for stability of the shoe during squats and such. I was pleased with the shoe being able to keep my heels down. I did not take in to account the wideness of my feet in the shoe. If you are more flat footed then the average person's foot like me then the shoe will NOT feel comfortable at all. I think its great for people without wide feet.

The whole reason I made the switch to the X2 after having several Nike Metcons was the fit, along with the flexibility. The X2 finally had a wider toe box that very few other shoes had. While the X4 fixed some of the issues I had with the X2, none of that matters because Reebok has inexplicably destroyed the fit. Despite going up a half size, the toe box is still very cramped resulting in a painful workout. I may be going back to the Metcons because they actually now have a properly wide toe box. Please go back to the fit that literally no one had a problem with, and stop with the unisex nonsense.

These shows look great but I had to return due to them being uncomfortable to walk in. There was something protruding into the arch of my foot that made them extremely uncomfortable.

I've gotten the past 3 gens of this trainer and I love them, but there is an area that always gets worn down just within a couple weeks. It rips apart a little bit on the lip of the opening where your foot goes in. Kind of annoying but it's only cosmetic. Nothing that affects the comfort.

Loved the X2s so a little concerned that- just 2 days into wearing shoes, the front fabric is scuffing and the sides are getting chippednever had this issue with the older versions of the shoes

x2 is much roomier and wider than the x4. I've been wearing the x2 in mens size 10.5 for a while and just got the x4 thinking the sizing would be similar. its not

The shoes seem nice enough, but... they came with two different length laces. C'mon, pay attention, folks. Can't be that hard to make sure the laces are the right length.

Nanos quit being good since Nano 8/9. The color ways are horrible. Why do we have women's specific shoes and Unisex shoes but no men's specific shoes? Toe box is narrower for the "unisex" to work would be my guess. Need to go back to the drawing board Reebok.

For me the shoe is too stiff and not worth the price. Reebok pricing has forced me to shop some where not to mention the $20 shipping charges :(

Would be super comfortable but the toe box is much more narrow than the X3's. Love the lighter weight so if you have narrow feet this could be a great shoe for you.

I started with the X2. It had a well sized toe box. Didn't rub my toes, had plenty of wiggle room. The X4 is a step backwards. The toe box height and width seem to be smaller.

These look a lot like the X2, but they run significantly smaller. I bought the same size I wear in the X2 and and X3, and my feet were squished. Advise sizing up at least a half a size. More if you like more space for your toes.

Been wearing the X4 for a few weeks now.
Here is the good. The X4 are definitely lighter. T2B and box jumps don't feel as clunky as the X3. The X4 toe guard is stronger than the X3. The float ride energy is noticeable for dubs, feels like I have springs on my feet. The X4 is pretty flexible yet supportive for lunges, pistols and heavy squats well. I have not tried rope climbs yet.
Here is the bad. I could wear the X3 all day, I don't feel that way about the X4. The X4 is more uncomfortable. The toe box and mid sole is tighter. The heel iteration from the X2 is sorta back. Overall the X3 was a better shoe even though it's heavier. The color selection is not great, yet. The flagship white/orange look cool but get dirty easy.

Reebok nano 4 has barely any colors for women, and everything is going to Unisex, which doesn't even fit my feet! I can't even order unisex because it's not small enough and men and women's feet are different! How is a woman with small feet and skinny feet supposed to wear shoes that fit men! the women's shoes have barely any colors compared to all the other nanos! I'm very disappointed! Why cater to select few people that don't want to buy men or women shoes! I'm sorry Reebok, but men and women's feet are not the same!

I've been wearing them around the house to see if they will work but they are super narrow. The plastic near the arch cuts into the foot BAD making them very uncomfortable. If they had a wide version it would be perfect. My wife noticed the same problem but is keeping them. She did one workout and it didn't cause any issues. Hopefully it break in because they seem very nice otherwise.

The black, teal, pink version looks just as expected (NICE!). Heel slippage was a big problem with my X3s, and those were a little heavy for running and jumping exercises too. The X4s solved both of those problems feeling lighter and having a tighter grip on my heel. Biggest downside is that I bought the same size in the X4s but they are VERY tight out of the box. I've been wearing them basically nonstop for 2 days to break them in, but I think I'll have to exchange for a half size up.

I do crossfit and have used the Nano X3s and now the X4's. I'll say that I do like how snug these X4s fit, but I miss the bigger heel in the X3's. The bigger heel helped so much with my lifts.

These shoes were a very tight fit. They need to offer wider sizes
