Great versatile shoe for training. I have bought 3 pairs of x3s in the last year at the recommendation from my personal trainer, and have loved them but these are even more comfortable. I am a personal trainer as well as an avid gym goer myself. I love that this shoe easily transitions between lifting, plyo training, cardio whatever I need it for and I don't need to switch shoes. wide toe box, and- as a person with no arch at all- very comfortable.

My 1st Nano pair and I really like them! The fit, comfort & support are great. Model fits true to size, a great sneaker for all fitness activities or for casual wear. A homerun!

Fitted, movement friendly, and comfortable are the 3 words that come to mind with this shoe. This version fits my foot better, its more conforming and helps me feel ready to attack any part of my workout whether its running, jumping or lateral movement. I love the updated heel which provides a better fit and keeps my shoes from slipping off during any part of my workout.
The shoe is a tighter fit than than the previous versions of the Nanos, I would size up half a size if you are between sizes or prefer a little more room in your shoes.
Overall, I'm all in on the X4 and am excited to continue to wear these to take my workouts to the next level!

Fit was perfect. Not enough support in the arch for me. My feet fell inward. Not enough heel padding for a tough workout.

The shoe felt very stiff and for a workout shoe, it needs to feel comfortable from the get go. Ain't nobody got time to break it in. Style-wise, it looked better in the picture than on. Just not the right shoes for me.

I've been wearing Reebok Nanos for years but sadly, it seems they've decided to reduce the size of the toe box which is one of the primary reasons I wear. I returned and will look for another option.

I've exclusively worn Nanos for year for CrossFit and weightlifting. The X4 is much more narrow in the toe box compared to previous iterations. I will be looking for older versions of a new shoe.

After 3 wearings, the material on the medial ankle is fraying, so durability may be a concern.

I've been wearing Nano X2 and X3s for 3+ years. X4 removed the heel loop, and the arch feels higher and farther back then previous shoes. The heel loop is the most disappointing change.

The X4 still runs a little bit (long), but it does not run as big as the Nano X3, so that is somewhat of an improvement. It would be great if they made this shoe in size 5. The toe box itself is technically not narrow, but the shape of it makes it feel narrow. The toe box angles in medially, so I have a ton of extra space on the medial side of the toe box, but my toes are squished up against the lateral side. Are anyone's feet actually shaped like that? It makes no sense.
Beware, the shoe does not breathe well at all. Also, I only put the laces through one of the tongue loops, or else the shoe is too hard to get on/off.
I really like the stability the shoe provides, and it does not dig into my ankles, so that part is comfortable. I still wear the shoes for CrossFit, and they get the job done, but they definitely could be better.

The shoes are okay. Ordered my usual size. They're a bit rigid, maybe a little smaller for an 8. I wish they were a bit wider as well.

I absolutely loved these shoes as far as the fit goes until I tied them. The top of the shoe next the the top shoe lace hole comes up to high and rubbed my ankle raw. The width and length fit perfectly. The the cut was different on the top they'd be perfect!

I'm very disappointed to see the new shoes, and the women's have no choices, barely compared to the last model. Everything is going to unisex, but it doesn't work with shoes because women's and men's feet are different. even if I wanted to buy the unisex shoes, I couldn't because my feet are too small for them!! absolutely ridiculous Reebok! you are making shoes for such a small percentage of the population to try to accommodate the people that don't want to be the sex they are!! I don't like any of the styles for women. I want a dark and you guys only have one plain black how boring!

Unfortunately, these didn't work for me. In first workout, they rubbed below my ankle. However, I appreciated returning them in the store was easy.

They didn’t have as much arch support as Brooks Ghost 16 and they broke uncomfortably across the top of my foot. Felt a tad clunky. Just too big, I think, and not right for me. Others might find they are fine!

This shoe is sooo cute but it runs very wide, even with socks they felt sloppy. I did like that the tongue wasn’t hitting my ankle like most of the running shoes that I’ve purchased.

There is an arch on the outside of the shoe, so with someone with flat feet, this makes me tend to pronate when walking, therefore, I never made it to working out in the shoes. There's nothing wrong with the actual shoe and they seem like they would be good for someone else, just not for me and what I'm looking for.

Be careful and check the insoles. The left insole in the pair I received was different from the right insole. But even though they might have worked, the shoes were uncomfortable overall. Not enough support.

I was very excited to try these new training shoes as they fit great and have the perfect width for my feet and I had heard many good reviews from fellow crossfitters about the Nano. However, after just two weeks of use, they developed a hole in the side. I'm disappointed with the quality, especially considering the brand's reputation - I was expecting better considering the price too. I have owned a pair of NoBulls for 3 years and they have held up just fine in my Crossfit workouts! While the fit of the Nano4x is fantastic, the poor quality and lack of durability make these shoes a bad investment for serious crossfit enthusiasts.

I ordered these new nanos and was super excited! Sizing ran small and the outside sole hurt my feet! I have had different styles of nanos and I miss the old styles!

I have always loved Reebok training shoes. But recently got the new x4's and so disappointed in them. I have had two other reebok shoes including the x's and absolutely loved those. These new x4 seem so light but I feel so unsupported in them. I have the same size in each shoe but these feel so big and way to much room in the toe. I was hoping I could get used them after a few times wearing them but unfortunately they are not working out for me.

Not for me! I've exclusively worn Hoka's for the last 4 years and I wanted a better shoe for Orangetheory, so it had to work for both running and HIIT. I think the Hoka's spoiled my feet, because the second I started running on the tread with these shoes, I was in instant pain. There's very little cushion, so the impact was too much for me. Then I tried using them for a Strength only class, and just doing jumping exercises gave me the same pain! You have to either be used to this little support or only lift in them.
