The medium fits perfectly. These are definitely designed for training they're stretchy, comfortable, and breathable. Not too warm, not too cool just right for those days when you don't feel like wearing shorts or sweatpants.

My son loves these pants. We buy several pairs throughout the school year. He loves the fit and style. He's tall, 6'4 so I would like them a little longer but I believe he's ok with the length. These are really the only style pants he wears for school
