I was undecided between the 8-1/2 and 9, but went with the 9, which is my usual size. I'll put in some insoles, which will also add more cushion and arch support. I tried 3 other brands, and this was the most comfortable and best fitting. (The SoftWalk was a close 2nd, but my heel slipped more.) The Darry looks great. I went with the black. It was not available in 8-1/2, so I tried brown which is nice, but seemed to scuff more easily than the black, or was just more noticeable than the black.

These are lovely and very comfortable straight out of the box. I tried on a ton of chelsea boots, even ones that were marked wide width, and these Naturalizers were the only ones that were actually wide enough. However, I decided not to keep them because they were so different from the Chelsea style I wanted. The only way I can explain it is that they looked just a tad bit fancier? IDK. Also, I felt that the shaft was just a touch too high. I turned these down and selected a pair of slightly more casual ones. However, if you want a chelsea that looks a bit more polished for dresses--while still being comfortable enough for a lot of walking-- then this is the boot for you!

Wow, were these narrow. Depending on brand, I can wear a regular width but sometimes need wide; I bought these boots in wide so I could wear a thicker sock with them. Even with a very thin sock, I couldn't get my feet into the boots to even try them on. A real shame because they are really cute and the dark brown color is really reach ... also they seem pretty stiff. Given that I couldn't try them on, it was kind of unfair to provide a 'star' count so I just went with 3 stars

Boot was cute but it felt stiff and uncomfortable.

I have this style in the shoe version and they are really comfortable. Had to size down for length to a 6.5 wide so thought I would be the same in this. Nope! The length is ok but the wide is nowhere near as wide as the shoe. Leather quality ok but pair I got has a scuffed spot.

I wanted to love these boots. The style is great, but the fit and workmanship just wasn't there. They were too wide in the heel (7N), so my foot flopped around, and the leather upper gapped in various places. For the price, I didn't think the quality was sufficient.

The style of the boot is great but it is too small and the right boot is damaged with a cut in the leather. Unfortunately I’ll be returning the boots.

The boots were tight across the top of my foot. In addition, the leather was torn on the top of one of the boots. It’s a shame because the dark brown color and the stitching make it a very attractive boot.

I absolutely adore the look and heel height of these boots. I ordered a wide width and I could barely get them on. The length was fine, but the width was crazy tight at the foot bridge. Back to Zappos they go!

Too narrow. I ordered because the width was available. However still felt narrow.

Beautiful boot, just didn’t fit. The boot is gorgeous, but seemed to run a little long and a little narrow through the toe box but wide in the heel. I ordered a size 8 in the porcelain beige and the 7 1/2 in the brown English tea leather and neither boot fit me and also felt quite stiff through the ankle. These boots are very stylish, and I wished that they would have worked for me.

I have an extremely narrow foot and Naturalizer shoes tend to fit more narrow in general. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I need a true narrow size with this shoe.

I expected a lot more from this brand, but was disappointed. Just no support at all. I returned these.

It was a nice looking boot, but it just didn't feel right on my feet.

I have narrow feet, and these were overall too big. Would probably fit a medium foot well. Too bad, because they are quite cute.

The fit is true to size. I wear 8,5M and ordered 8,5M brown. To my great disappointment have to return these booties. Leather is stiff, feels like cardboard and rubs ankles. Also color is dull, uneven, the right boot was scathed, some darker color spot on left one. All together they looked like they've been tossed around. I like Naturalizer brand but this item was not up to their standard at all.
