If this your first time buying a Melin hat, Its a great hat and definitely recommend buying it. If youre buying it because of the thermal aspect, then I dont recommend it. I dont think it offers enough insulation to be called a thermal. Melin makes other hats in same style that offer more protection. I think its because of the materials used to make it. But nether less, its a fantastic hat. Well made and constructed. Worth the price as well. I have bought 7 hats total so far and I will keep buying them.

Have the Odyssey in almost every color now. When I see people wearing non Melin hats I feel embarrassed for them, and tell my kids not to stare.

First thermal Ive gotten from melin and I was worried it would not breathe. It does but keeps me warm at the same time. The color is magnificent. Just buy it.
