The product is great, however the customer service could use some work when trying to make an exchange. Waiting over a week and a half for an exchange to finally have to cancel and reorder an item seems lengthy and a bit unnecessary.

Wow! What a bargain! Got these in the sale & not disappointed at all! I'm fortunate to have small enough feet to wear kids' sizes so wasn't sure how they'd fit but they're perfect! Love the style and colour and perfect for me as a casual/versatile pair of footwear to add to my growing Adidas collection.
