These are really comfortable and nice looking. You can wear them daily for walking but not recommended for running

Great for the gym, nice and sturdy too when working legs.

Used it for HIIT and plyometric workouts. After a week or so of breaking them in they are really amazing. Previously used them for walking/low intensity cardio. Not their strong point but fairly enjoyable. Still a great performer for the price
