I really like this shoe. I've not used it for running but just a general day to day trainer. It has soft sole and is well padded inside. I'd say it's true to size, but I'd go up half if it was for running.

Bought as a present for the missus. Feedback is that the trainers are exceptionally comfortable and a "real" size fit. She wanted the other colour as a second pair but not in stock for her size at the moment.

Very comfortable running shoe, i find sone runners cause pain in the ties but these were ideal. sizing was perfect, order normal size.
