All other shoes I've used for running have caused blisters or rubbed but I ran a half marathon in these and nothing! They are a bit tight around middle of the foot but just make sure you're loosening off the laces until you get a comfortable tightness

Very nice and comfortable running shoe but it's slightly tight round at the bottom of the tongue. I sized up but it was still too tight for me.
