Fit was ok, but narrow over the arch & on lateral side. I got the wide version but still had tight feeling in midfoot by arch. Very cushioned, but don't think sole will hold up. The toe box was wide enough & had enough volume. But overall the shoe felt it would give me blisters, so I returned it. Going to stay with the ghost 16. Nice wider platform & toe box. And that was just a medium width. Do varies by model. Also had to size DOWN on the glycerin 21, to a 10 Button but size 11M with ghost 16. Go figure

After wearing the Brooks glycerin 20 I ordered the new 21 version and am disappointed in the changes that were made. This version seems much wider and looser than the previous one and doesn’t hug my foot the way it should. I am at a crossroads, since the 20 is no longer available at Zappos, but I am not sure about keeping this one. AftAAfBe specific about your likes and dislikes. How was the fit and size? What does the material feel like? How awesome (or not) do you feel wearing them?

Its unfortunate that Brooks has changed so many of their shoes. I have been a committed Brooks purchaser across many of the styles for many years and all of the styles have been changed to the point they no longer fit the way they used to. I'm all for change to improve but it appears this is not the case across many of the styles. For these, the toe box seems shorter and narrower.

First order was too big. This shoe I have tried to like. It is rough on the inside on my bunion on left foot and the shoes are just too heavy and cloddy feeling

They felt heavier than my previous pair of Brooks Glycerin and too wide in toe box

These shoes arrived and they were clearly used and previously returned as the bottoms had dirt on them and the shoe strings were sloppy, def not a new shoe. Very disappointing as it is a $160 shoe.

Awesome Cushion

I love everything about these shoes! They are very supportive. They have a perfect amount cushion! Very comfortable for walking and all day wear!

These fit great, like a traditional Glycerin (neutral and cushioned). My most favorite part was the fun confetti inside while still being a bit neutral. I can't believe how many people notice and compliment me. I hope Brooks puts out more fun colors like this one!

The perfect running shoe for me. Great fit even with bunions and hammertoes, upper did not break down where my bunions stretch it (unlike other shoes), comfortable out of the box. Mourning now the loss of the 21 (the 22 does not work for me).

I have had these tennis shoes several months now, and I love them. I have been walking daily on blacktop over the summer with no complaints. I had a pair of Gylcerins several years ago that I really liked. Then I tried a different style of Brooks, and I am so happy to be back to the Glycerins. This shoe is very cushioned with moderate arch support. I also love the shoe laces that come with the Glycenins! The shoe laces on my other style of Brooks were terrible, but these are great. Plan on wearing these shoes until they wear out! Then I will purchase the next generation of Glycerins.

Love these Brooks - plenty of width in the toe box, excellent support in match and heel. My favorite brand for sneakers!

too small

Went back to Brooks after wearing other brands for a while. Was very happy with the Glycerin 21. They easily accommodated a commercial insert for added arch support. This particular pair (pink ones) seemed better quality (in terms of craftsmanship) compared to a subsequent pair I ordered. Thus would recommend inspecting the quality in addition to fit if you purchase.
