Glycerin 21 is the best shoe I have ever had!!

Had a really bad experience wearing these shoes. I had previously bought the Glycerin 20's for basketball officiating and I loved them. Unfortunately, those finally broke down and I upgraded to the Glycerin 21's. I immediately started to get really bad Plantar Fasciitis after wearing them. Finally, had to stop and bought a pair of Hoka's and the pain has went away. Very disappointed with the Glycerin's 21.

I got the "029 - Ebony/Black/Taupe" and I absolutely love them. This week I have been off from work for a staycation. I walk in the morning and sometimes in the evening and 3 - 5 miles easily every single day. My exercise tracker on many days said I needed to rest more! My total milage for just walking consistently over the last six days has been 26 miles! This is all to say how comfortable these shoes are for walking! I could walk for miles and miles without noticing any physical strain on my legs. While I do exercise 5 times a week; these shoes have provided the ultimate comfort for me to casually stroll for miles without feeling any soreness. I don't run (ironically I hate cardio but love walking) but based on my experience, these shoes are great for walking and everyone who can incorporate more walking into their lives to assist their health should definitely consider getting these shoes.

Comfortable for the first few weeks but padding wears out too fast. Need a stronger support for the outside of the to prevent the foam from flattening for plus size runners. I weigh 230 pounds and my shoes start losing support after 4 to 6 months. But Brooks are highly recommended.

They started out really comfy and bouncy. After running only a handful of times I now have knee, ankle, and shin pain that I didnt have with the adrenaline 22. I didnt get the 23 because those felt completely different and werent comfortable, but I was recommended these for overpronation.

Very comfortable shoe with good heel strike protection. Would recommend for those who arent happy with the new Beast GTS shoes. I had to order a half size bigger as these seem to run a little smaller than the Beast.

I have many Brooks running shoes. I primarily use them for outdoor or treadmill use. I do not use them for running mainly for walking. I always in the past have been very pleased with my selections and continue to be with this new pair.

I no longer run, but I walk. This shoe is so comfortable, roomy, the cushioning in the heel is the best. I just bought my son a pair and he said it's like walking on marshmallows! He's going to purchase another pair in another color.

I think the color and style are great. I have other glycerin 20 and 21 styles. I found the 21 toe box was good and roomy but the shoe was overall tight. My other 21s have a better fit. I do find that some shoes of the same styles fit differently. I looked forward to this new ebony color but was disappointed. Maybe Ill try again.

Absolutely love them! Support and comfort and a great fit! Had brooks running shoes since 1980 and will always wear! Thank you Brooks!

Love the comfort - wish the toe box wasnt so big!

Lots more cushion than my old Ghost series shoes.

These shoes have gotten narrower since the glycerin 20. Really disappointing.

Great shoe for high arches. Ive been through every shoe one can imagine and will stay with these moving forward. Just enough cushion. I went with the 2E wide. perfect fit.

Great sneaker. I stand at work for 8 hours. It helps my right knee and my back. I'm thinking of getting another pair of these. Thanks for making such comfortable sneakers to work in.

I have worn ghosts for years. Last year, I discovered the glycerin 20 and was so excited to find them even more comfortable. I do have an issue with one of my feet and finding Brooks was a game changer. That being said, I was very excited about the Glycerin 21s coming out as they look really great. They look more like hokas which I cannot wear. Well, turns out something has changed with the glycerin 21. They hurt my feet and my knees. Thankfully, Brooks has a great return policy. I kept them a while thinking it was just me but never seemed to pick those shoes to wear above my glycerin 20s and my ghost 15s. I did get a refund and plan on ordering the ghost 16. I hope those havent significantly changed.

I have suffered from plantar fasciitis for a long time and these shoes gave me peace of mind. I recommend them to relieve pain in the sole of the foot. I really like Brooks for their return system for customer satisfaction.

Not wide 2E is still to tight. need 4EEEE in this style. also length is short.

Super comfortable, light and breathable. I like the shoelaces better than the 20 model (they don't untie themselves). Definitely would recommend and I will purchase more!

Nice shoe almost feels like a Hoka in terms of cushion. Feet breathe well good ventilation. Draw back would be there's not much effort by the shoe to assist in running fast but overall, it is good for long-distance casual running.

Better than the 20. Firmer, more rebound foam than the 20. The 20 are softer and squishier if you like that. This new foam responds faster. I run 7:00 min pace easy days and can run low 6s before needing faster shoes. I got 400 miles from first pair with some life left and on 2nd pair now with 400 miles. Still look new.
