They are awesome. Wore them to work to break them in and now I need to purchase another pair to hike in. I got wides and they are right on.

Very comfortable. Fit well. I am not a big fan of the eyelets and tongue shoe lace retainer string. Small detail though.

Other than an insignificant sizing issue these are my overall favorite shoes of all of the shoes I own. They seem to be sized like tennis shoes. Ive always had to buy tennis shoes a size larger than hard soles shoes. In retrospect I would have been better served to go a size larger. For my recently purchased 4th pair of Danners, I went with a 13 instead of 12 and the fit is perfect. Beyond that, appearance, comfort, craftsmanship and service life are top notch. They wont be falling apart after a 1 years use.

Danner has consistently been a good fit. This is my third pair of the 600 series.

i think they could last a long time. they seem shorty and and then kind of slim tho.

Love love love the look of these boots. Bought these for my husband for an upcoming trip to Scotland, and so far he claims theyre very comfy.

So far I really like these boots. Theyre comfortable out of the box. I do have one spot on one boot thats pinching the top of my foot but believe this will go away once broken in. Im normally an 11. 5 and ordered an 11 and they fit great. My only complaint is a tongue loop/keeper loop broke within a couple of wears. Theyre only small threads attaching the loop to the tongue so I dont anticipate the loops lasting long. Wish they were made in America but glad they can be resoled. Other than that they seem like a great boots.

Great light weight gortex boots

So Far So good, a great fit, as I take a double E and not always offered. Lightweight but the vibrum sole seemed a little bit less aggressive (or more slick) on an icy surface, than I've been used to with other Danners. Almost seemed it was a harder composition. Still overall I am pleased as heck with my choice.

Currently still working them in but a lot better than my old pair of mix toe bull run.

So far the Mountain 600 Evo GTX feels quite comfortable. It is light and has a great sole which is very important because I'm also using it for winter hiking. We'll see how durable it is and how long it will last. It looks good too.

Right out of the box these performed! Great fit, comfortable, ankle support, light and sturdy. Got these in the wide fit. I'm an Altra Lone Peak guy, but was looking for something waterproof and with a little more ankle support for mountain backpacking, in colder weather. Took them this week (Jan 26 2025) to Guadalupe Mountains National Park backpacking Wilderness Ridge, several trails and backpacking all the way up Guadalupe Peak. Solid. Would highly recommend!
